About the property

Charming three bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Pollensa in north Mallorca. It is set in a very quiet street and at the same time at a five minute walk to the main square and town centre. The ground floor includes a hall, a dinning living room, a big kitchen open to a small patio, a bathroom and a bedroom. The first floor includes two big bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnitured terrace with wonderfull wiews. Easy and free parking in the strret.

The house is new and the owners take care of it themselves. It had a big reformation and it was finished in January 2014. The owners watched every detail in order that the house was as comfortable as possible. Five minute walk to the main square, and very quiet street at the same time. Air conditioning and wifi. Beautiful mountain wiews. Easy parking in the same street.

What makes this house unique

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometers drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, especially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.

Perfect

Great value, spacious house in a simply fantastic location. You don't get a pool, but you do get access to a really rewarding place to spend a week or two. It takes just 2 minutes to walk into the centre of Pollenca which offers galleries, museums, an impressive church, a romantic Roman bridge and if you walk up the Calvari steps, breath-taking views. There are also plenty of places to eat out and seeing as you can walk home you can drink as much as you want. The Sunday market was good too. We had one 11 year old and 2 teenagers with us so generally we left them to play games on their iPod or sleep until lunchtime, while my wife and I explored the town. Then we took our hire car off to the local beaches in the afternoons before returning home for the evenings. It worked for us. Many thanks to Marian and her parents for providing not just a warm welcome but also some provisions, which seeing as we arrived around midnight, were very welcome. By the way, you can easily fit 6 chairs around the table on the roof terrace. Hope you enjoy staying there as much as we did.

Lovely comfortable house

The house is newly converted, spacious, light and very comfortable. It has good facilities with air conditioning, TV with English channels and internet access.

It is very well positioned in close proximity to the central squares, restaurants and shops, but despite that is in a quiet area.

We were met on arrival by the owners who were very welcoming and helpful and provided a great deal of information about the house and the area.
