A Gorgeous hillside house with sea views from the garden and balcony and views of the surrounding hills including Cap Lardier. Chilled bottle of Champagne or Rose on your arrival.

This lovely semi detached house (private entrance and none of the private outside area is shared) includes a private sunny terrace & gardens on three sides of the house. It also has beautiful sea views from the garden and the upstairs balcony across the valley to the Mediterranean. On one side it is woodland & completely secluded.

Unfortunately we don’t accept pets. WIFI available.

High enough in the hills for a breeze even in summer. Situated to the West of the St Tropez Peninsula, just 10km from the heart of St Tropez, La Croix Valmer has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere.

3 minutes by car to the beautiful local beach of Gigaro and superb water front restaurants Marius a La Plage and La Couleurs Jardin, or a 15-18 ( depending on how speedy you are !) minute walk across the vineyard. The house is 7 minutes by car to the local village of Croix Valmer.

In La Croix Valmer you will be able to go to the provencal market on Sunday, enjoy a meal in one of the many local restaurants or enjoy a glass of rosé on one of the terraces.

The Lily of the Valley hotel is 7/8 minutes by car and the beach club & restaurant & Sailing club even closer.

A few minutes drive will take you to the other lovely sandy beaches of Bouillabaisse and Heraclee with its shaded beachside restaurants serving excellent fresh seafood and locally produced white and rose wines. We have a great restaurant list should you need it.

All around are miles and miles of vineyards and lush parasol pine forests; great outdoors with fantastic countryside and spectacular walks to Cap Lardier along the coast and through the forest. There are over 220 hectares of nature reserves in addition to the many pretty beaches at Gigaro, Sylvabelle, Vergeron and Heraclee. The area is a haven of tranquillity on the Mediterranean while being only a few miles away from the trendy beaches of Pampelonne with the famous beach clubs like Club 55 or Nikki Beach.

Sailing & boat/pedelo rental available on Gigaro beach.

Skiing in Isola 2000 is 3-4 hours drive from Croix Valmer.

St Tropez Polo club is also 20 minutes away and has a great bar/restaurant.

Great for peace and quiet or close to St Tropez for nightlife and great restaurants - It is the perfect place to stay!

We normally ask for three days notice as a minimum but if we might be able to do the next day if the house is available so always worth enquiring !
