Well Presented 1 bedroom self catering holiday apartment with balcony, which sleeps up to 4 guests and is located on an immaculate private complex, boasting one of the largest swimming pools in the area which is available throughout the year, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens.

Beds have been changed in Feb 2015 to 2 new English Divan style singles, with a sofabed that can take 1 adult or 2 children.

The nearby bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk, however be aware this does include a steep hill.

The hobs has been updated to make for better catering if you want to eat in, although the local restaurants are excellent value.

Amazing

Had a fantastic week here, apartment is clean, tidy, and very cosy. Complex is lovely, pool right outside your door in a beautiful complex. Can not thank Grant and Pavla enough, lovely couple, nothing is too much for them, (even helped me out with a parking ticket, lol) . Everybody there was kind and friendly. HIGHLY recommended. Looking on here now to book next year.

Outstanding from booking to returning home!

Can't speak highly enough about this apartment, complex and grant that owns it. What an absolutely fantastic holiday we have had. The apartment is beautifully clean with everything and more that you could need or wish for. Everyone around the complex too was extremely friendly including the security guard who my little boy adored.

As for the neighbours Anne and Dave below well they truly couldn't help us enough. I think my family have found a retreat and can't wait to return next year.

Thank you so much grant you couldn't have looked after us anymore

Amazing Value

The apartment was clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. Everything you could want for a self catering holiday was there.

The pool was great with your own sun loungers/towels provided by owner.

All in all would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody.

Perfect for our tay

Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment with all the facilities we needed (the hosts also supplied a selection of DVD's, CD's, Books and Video games).

Grant and Pavla were both friendly and helpful and made our late evening arrival and early morning departure efficient and stress free.

I would most certainly stay here again and highly recommend the apartment if you are looking to stay in the Villamartin area.

Like an Oasis

Apartment overlooked the pool and the gated complex was beautifully kept. Lots of areas to enjoy the sun. Everything you needed in the apartment, beds were very comfortable. Greeted by the owner who was friendly, helpful and professional. I would be very happy to return.

lovely apartment with everything we needed

Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a chilled stay. The flat is in a secure gated complex with partial sea views, private pool and table tennis, the gardens are meticulously maintained and there is plenty of parking. We couldn't fault it. The real hidden benefit however are the owners! Grant and Pavla, and the neighbours Annie and Dave, could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Everything about the stay was a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble, i cant praise this property enough, thank you guys, we look forward to seeing you again soon. Jason and Jelena

Location

From the Owner

We love this area and had visited for a number of years before we bought. It always seems warm and this is ideal for our passion for golf. There are lots of great courses nearby. The beaches are just 10 minutes away and have all the the usual facilities. This complex is generally quiet and a great getaway, however there are often children around during the summer.

With being close to 2 excellent airports we have flexibility of travel and no long drive after flying. We love playing golf at Las Ramblas, Campoamor and other local courses. The apartment also has sun almost all day so great when you want to relax. The swimming pool is fabulous for a dip or if you want a proper swim. There is a great barbecue area and a table tennis table.
