El Galan, Villamartin, Spain - Peaceful Location, Close to 3 Renowned Golf Courses & Blue Flag Beaches

Well Presented 1 bedroom self catering holiday apartment with balcony, which sleeps up to 4 guests and is located on an immaculate private complex, boasting one of the largest swimming pools in the area which is available throughout the year, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens.

Beds have been changed in Feb 2015 to joined singles to make a 6ft bed high can be split to twins if necessary, with a sofabed that can take 1 adult or 2 children.

The nearby bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk, however be aware this does include a steep hill.

The hobs has been updated to make for better catering if you want to eat in, although the local restaurants are excellent value.

In February 2015 we took the plunge and now live in Spain. We have an apartment and we live on the same complex so now manage the apartment ourselves.

Why Grant Meekins chose Vega Baja del Segura

We love this area and had visited for a number of years before we bought.

It always seems warm and this is ideal for our passion for golf.

There are lots of great courses nearby. The beaches are just 10 minutes away and have all the the usual facilities.

This complex is generally quiet and a great getaway, however there are often children around during the summer.

What makes this apartment unique

With being close to 2 excellent airports we have flexibility of travel and no long drive after flying.

We love playing golf at Las Ramblas, Campoamor and other local courses.

The apartment also has sun almost all day so great when you want to relax.

The swimming pool is fabulous for a dip or if you want a proper swim.

There is a great barbecue area and a table tennis table.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is ideal for golfers, couples and property purchasers. Children are welcome. We request that smoking be restricted to outside the apartment. We are very flexible regarding arrival and departure times, but in very busy periods, request that guests vacate the apartment by 10.00 am, and arrivals are no earlier than 2.00 pm, however if this is inconvenient, please enquire as we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Whilst the loss of utilities is regrettable, please note that we do not accept liability for this. Outside: The apartment is located in the El Galan area of Villamartin, on an immaculately tended private complex, which is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and paved sunbathing terraces. There is a large swimming pool and smaller children's splash pool. Area is private gated and very secluded. Bath Towels and Linen available. Please bring own beach towels. Other: Balcony with Chairs, Sun Loungers

Quiet,Clean,gorgeous pool and friendly atmosphere in safe secure surroundings

We stayed from June 14th - 21st - our first ever time staying in an apartment with shared pool so we were a little apprehensive ( we normally have a Villa with private pool) We needn't have worried at all - Grant & Pavla were good unintrusive hosts on hand if you required their help.The apartment is very cosy but well equipped- in my opinion is really only suitable for 2 people though,the complex is an all day sun trap and from waking till sunset the sun beams down onto the huge communal pool- we absolutely adored the pool - very very clean and was a joy,also must mention Grant & Pavla supply you with 2 sun beds AND beach towels which was really awesome,overall we had a very positive experience and we will be returning 🤗Thankyou Grant & Pavla

Value for Money Apartment

This property is ideal for those with a rental car as it's slightly inland from the main beach areas

of La Zenia & Cabo Roig. The communal area & swimming pool provide excellet facilities for those who just want to chill & relax

Lovely complex very clean

A nice place to relax ,friendly people ,clean apt and owners on hand if needed .

Beaches nearby you need a car here , La Fuenta is a great place to eat ,try Southern Beauty we ate there 4 nights on the trot. Chillis is nice for a steak to.

You can walk there if you don't mind walking otherwise you need to drive.

We would say the apt is good for 2 adults 4 would be a bit cramped although there is a sofa bed in the lounge /kitchen area ,but to be comfortable 2 adults is fine .

I don't think you would find a nicer complex .

Had a fantastic week here, apartment is clean, tidy, and very cosy. Complex is lovely, pool right outside your door in a beautiful complex. Can not thank Grant and Pavla enough, lovely couple, nothing is too much for them, (even helped me out with a parking ticket, lol) . Everybody there was kind and friendly. HIGHLY recommended. Looking on here now to book next year.

The prices include a non-refundable 30% booking deposit payable within three days of the reservation to confirm the booking. All payments made are non-refundable unless we have to cancel a booking, in which case, we will refund moneys paid in full. Changeover Day:
Flexible. Short stays welcome, costing a minimum of £75 for three days during low season. The apartment will be available from 2.00pm - this is negotiable and we always endeavour to accommodate our guests.
