Recently constructed self contained Annexe with double bedroom, shower, WC, kitchenette, lounge and south facing patio. Views across garden and paddock which is home to our horse "Captain" and various chickens. Close to "Downs Link" used by cyclists, horse riders and walkers. Not suitable for infirm, or children. Nearest railway station Horsham 15 minute drive. Not suitable for Pets or Children. No Smoking in accommodation.

Lovely Annexe. Really peaceful.
Had a lovely stay. Pauline and David were very welcoming. Fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice treat. Very comfortable. Great bonus of a hot tub. Thank you.
Fantastic little annex, in a lovely quiet part of peaceful Sussex countryside.
Cute little annex equipped with everything you need for a get away, tucked away along a quiet lane but still very close to all local amenities. Great location right next to the South Downs walk ways.

The flat is very nice and clean. Pauline and David a very friendly. We may be happy to come back soon.

Home from Home in the sussex countryside
Myself and my 2yr old daughter Sienna stayed at Apple Tree Annexe for 9 nights.Pauline and David were very welcoming and introduced us to all the animals which my daughter loved. Pauline and David also found some toys for sienna which were a hit .The fresh eggs from the chickens and the quails were a lovely treat.Sienna and I visited the horses daily and had some lovely chats with Pauline.
The annex is bright and clean with everything you could need.I could not have picked a better place.There is a good old english pub within walking distance which did really good food.There is the downs link on your doorstep if walking or mountain biking is your thing.
I would highly recommend this countryside treasure to anyone,Sienna and I were sad to leave but more adventures are ahead.
