Superb accommodation in an idyllic setting. Every need has been very thoughtfully considered. Lots of little extras like the homemade shortbread, flowers and complementary boat trip. We saw porpoises every day, lots of little birds and even the pine martin who is very partial to a peanut butter sandwich. Lachie and Etta the owners are very friendly and helpful. The cottage is very well equipped and feels a real home from home with a stunning view across the loch. We found that although the tv was on we spent the evening gazing out the window. The cottage is convenient for sightseeing, Plockton, Skye, Eillan Donan Castle and Glenelg are all easily reached. We can't wait to return.
Waterside Cottage provides the perfect place to relax on the shore of the Loch. Peaceful and serine providing the perfect place to explore this part of the Highlands. The cottage is very comfortable and equipped to the highest standards, owners Etta and Lackie very welcoming, helpful and deserve to be congratulated in what they have achieved. Wildlife abounds.
