Apartment in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location With The Largest Communal Pool In Nerja. WiFi is included in the price.

Situated on a Moorish style, white walled urbanisation, set amongst very well cared for tropical gardens with a palm lined road leading to the large communal pool, supermarket, poolside bars and restaurants. Ideal location for couples and families alike. Views from our balcony and garden are stunning! A regular half hourly bus service runs into town at a very low cost. Nerja also boasts the best climate in Europe due to it's sheltered location. It still has a very Spanish feel with lots of festivals throughout the year and over 100 bars and restaurants in the town. Unlike other parts of the Costa there are no high rise buildings to spoil your view. Nerja also boasts 5 beaches and the beautiful Balcon de Europa (a palm-lined avenue extending from the town square into the sea where artists and musicians gather). We have an agent on site to deal with any problems you may have. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the apartment. Partially aircondition.

Rolf and his apartment are amazing. Rolf is great deal with very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the best we stayed in that location. I have been 8 times. It is clean beautiful inside and out. A must book and I will be booking again soon.

The perfect home from home!

Excellent

I stayed for three weeks in May at this delightful apartment. The views from the veranda were glorious and I spent many an afternoon and evening enjoying the views and listening to the varied bird song. I was not disappointed, the apartment was very well maintained and comfortable.The location was super and the Owner and Local Management Team were extremely helpful and kind. My husband and I have booked the apartment for three months in the winter and I can't wait to return! We have already recommended this lovely apartment to our friends. Nerja is a jewel of a natural Spanish Town, with beautiful beaches, some excellent restaurants and a great location from which to visit a number of spectacular Spanish cities. I thoroughly recommend this apartment and destination.

Lovely Sun Juan de Capistrano

My friends from Vienna and I stayed in this apartment for 12 days.

This was my second time in Nerja and both times I stayed in San Juan (loved the place).

This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, views to die for and has a dishwasher which is not common in many apartments.

The apartment has everything you will need, the only thing i missed in this apartment was a microwave.

Will absolutely rebook!

The apartment ticked all the boxes for us - it's in a great location, has a good layout & is very well equipped. It was clean and has two good bathrooms that have large, powerful showers. Rolf was very straightforward to deal with and made the whole process nice & easy.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful beach at Burriana is about a 5 - 6 minute drive from San Juan Capistrano where you can find numerous beachside restaurants and bars most of which offer locally caught seafood. There is also a well known diving school located at Burriana beach should you wish to explore the depths of the Mediterranean. There are four other sheltered beaches all in close proximity to the apartment.

Travel:

Malaga airport is 45 mins away by car, Granada airport is approximately 60 mins away by car, both of which are linked to Nerja via motorway. A car can be hired from both Airports and is recommended. Directions from both airports can be provided on request.

Distances:

Granada and the famous Alhambra is 60 minutes away via the motorway and is well worth visiting, but please book in advance during the summer months. Malaga was the birth place of Picasso and there is a very good museum dedicated to his works near the castle in Malaga. The famous caves of Nerja are only about 10 mins drive and are one of the most spectacular cave systems you will ever see. If you are interested in Roman Archaeology then you can see Roman ruins at Almunecar 15 mins drive away.

Further Details:

If you enjoy walking, the National Park is at the back of the urbanisation and is ideal for a stroll or a good hike for the more energetic. Many other activities available include horse riding, golf and water parks.

  • Notes on accommodation: There are electric fans for the summer and oil filled electric radiators in each room. Because we have a large garden you can let the children play and enjoy the small paddling pool whilst you are on the balcony relaxing and soaking up the sun and the atmosphere of San Juan and sub tropical gardens. Unlike a lot of the apartments on San Juan we have a separate dining room for your use which is shown in our photographs. Outside: A large sheltered balcony with sun drenched garden, ideal for alfresco catering, sunbathing or just relaxing with a good book. Utility Room: Located on the lower level, (entrance from garden) contains washing machine, spin dryer, water heater, extra garden chairs, beds etc plus wash hand basin. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning and linen is included in the cost, with change of linen every seven days and property will be cleaned on departure. We do not however supply towels for the beach or pool. Other: The apartment also has a wall safe and a selection of beach toys and paddling pool in the cupboard on the balcony. A table and seating for four people is located on the balcony with sun loungers and parasols for the garden. Smoke alarms fitted throughout.
