A small complex where each apartment is privately owned, the complex is very well maintained and is always clean and tidy. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing self catering holiday with some comforts from home. The first master double room has built in wardrobes and the second bedroom has bunk beds and a sofa bed. A spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area has been furnished with comfort in mind for all the family. There is plenty of utensils, crockery, glass wear and pots and pans to prepare any kind of meal should you choose to.

About Sarah Davies

This property is owned by a Spanish family who have enjoyed many summers on the complex. Due to the family growing older and doing there own thing they can not use the apartment as much and therefore would like to give others the change to enjoy this beautiful place.

Recalco que es un sitio muy Lindo para los que buscan unas vacaciones tranquilas y con unas vistas preciosas, la playa que se encuentra a 5 Min caminando es muy Guapa y el agua cristalina y limpia!! El Apto como tal es precioso y tal cual lo muestran en el anuncio inclusive mejor cuando llegas al lugar. Lo mejor: Todo!! Lo Malo: Los colchones de las Literas, se pueden mejorar. Y la Barbacoa me di gusto con 4 asados en las noches!. Sin duda alguna Repito!!

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

There are many things to do in Menorca, wind surfing, scuba diving and many more water sports. There is a network of routes which take you all around the island but can be broken up into small sections called Cami de Cavalls, you can go along these on foot, on mountain bikes or on horse back. All of which can me arranged by the property management team. For sports fans there is Tennis, Crown Green and ten pin bowling and Cricket to name but a few.


The fabulous Son Saura beach is only a five minute walk away but it is down some steep steps. You can easily drive to it and there is a large car park. Menorca has many beautiful beaches all of which are cleaned and well cared for. Some you may have to park and then walk to but every single one is worth the views are stunning and the water is crystal clear.


There is a very regular and reliable bus service which will take you into Mahon, from where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island. Hiring a car too could not be easier as the road net work is like a fish spine it is very difficult to get lost. There are now major dual carriage ways and even in peak season the roads are not overly busy. Menorca has so much to see a car is recommended and very easy.

Golf course 20 minute walk

Airport 30 minute drive

Capital Mahon 25 minute drive, much to see and buy (market day Tuesday and Saturday)

The furthest you can go in a car is only a 50 minute drive away!

We can be flexible on the day as we are aware flights from different airports are cheaper on certain days. Check in at the apartment is 3 pm and we ask you to vacate at 10 am on your departure day (this also maybe flexible, again contact the management)

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is managed by an English company and are always on hand to help with any aspect of your holiday, all their contact details are inside the apartment. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you have any problems or queries. Outside: The flower beds and pool are very well maintained, cleaned everyday in the peak season. Utility Room: The washing machine and airer are on the rear terrace which is accessed though the master bedroom Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The bed linen and towels are included and will be change after 7 nights if you are staying for 14 nights. Beach towels are not included but can be provided at an extra cost of 5€ each per week. The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival. Other: The large front terrace has four sunbeds which can be used on the terrace or next to the pool. The terrace has a large awning which can be pulled out to shade the terrace for comfortable outside dining or a siesta in the shade.
