Yurt near Hereford, Herefordshire, England - Peaceful With Beautiful Countryside On The Doorstep
Situated in the Wye Valley and within the AONB our authentic Mongolian Yurt is totally private with far reaching views of fields and wooded valleys. We purchased the yurt or ger while travelling in Mongolia and it is furnished with its original painted furniture. It has a wood burner and is very cosy with its thick lining of yak and sheep's wool. Rugs and hangings add to its charm. It can sleep up to 4 people. There is a king-size bed and a decorated Mongolian sofa bed with two mattresses. The kitchen, shower and loo are nearby in a rustic shed. There is also a brazier for outdoor cooking over apple wood. Firewood is provided. Outdoor seating area with table and chairs. Enjoy a holiday where you can relax and slow down.

Why Bridget Drakeford chose Malvern Hills
We have been keen gardeners and country lovers for many years and were delighted when we were able to buy a run down farmhouse with 12 acres in the Herefordshire countryside. The area is rural, but within easy reach of the M50 giving us the best of both worlds.
What makes this cottage unique
Watch Bridget in her studio creating beautiful porcelain.
Explore the surrounding countryside or just sit and slow down on the deck of the yurt. Wildlife all around, buzzards overhead and butterflies in the meadows.
