Lovely, clean property. A little further from facilities than expected, car hire recommended.

Really lovely, clean property. Really welcoming community with lots of different nationalities. Communal pool was only a short walk away, and was clean, but could get very busy. Due to temperatures being over 32 + up until 7 pm at night, car hire really recommended as walking the 15-25 mins to the beach, shops etc could be a chore rather than a pleasure at times, especially with children. Great communication with owners to book.

Lots of information on things to do in the surrounding areas kept within the house, updated by visitors and key holders, which was really great for where to eat etc.

Charges for cleaning were not advertised until booking when we booked our holiday, we paid 100.00 euros, and we were charged a meet and greet charge for the key holder to bring us the key that we were not aware of until we arrived at the house. I note that this has now been updated on the advert. Having said that, the lady that meet us was very nice and collected the keys at 7.45 am on our departure. Would recommend this property.

Fantastic Holiday Home

Just had a fantastic week in Alicante house was amazing with plenty of room for the six of us. Had small problem with shower unit in basement but it was very quickly fixed by the house keepers. we are about to book a return visit for next year.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely brilliant holiday. Accommodation was outstanding and perfect for what we wanted. This was our first foreign holiday in 8 years and we loved it. Originally decided not to hire a car but changed our minds as it made trips to the beach a lot easier in the heat. Buses and road train were good too. Home from home...our teenager had a floor to himself!! Will definitely be heading back should our travels take us to Spain again. Thank you. The Pattersons. (Sorry it has taken us so long to write a review.

Wonderful Holiday

My friends and I stayed at this villa for a week and had a wonderful holiday. The owner's responses were first class and the booking was easy and straight forward.

The property was exceptionally clean and situated in a very nice area.

A good selection of restaurants were a pleasant 15 minutes walk away, the food was good and suited all budgets.

We took advantage of the airport transfer arranged by the owner, this was excellent service, very friendly and informative on both villa and surrounded area.

The nearby beach was excellent with lots of lovely walks.

I would recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday, with easy access to Alicante, Santa Pola and surrounding area for the more energetic.

Perfect Family Holiday

You are collected from the airport by a lovely lady who takes you to the house and shows you how to use everything and gives you all the info you need on the area. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is everything you will need in the kitchen. The supermarkets near by are huge and well priced. The kids loved it they didn't want to leave. The basement is cool and has its own shower room and front room so can feel like you are in your own quiet space downstairs. The double room and kids room are together with a bathroom with shower and bath perfect for families. There was also an additional shower room with power shower on the middle floor where the kitchen and dining area is. The roof has sun loungers and stunning views for miles in all directions. The communal pool is large and not too busy at any time of day and has a large garden with really pretty topiary trees and grass area to sunbathe. was very peaceful no noise from bars as these are a ten min walk away. We all loved it and will most definitely be booking to come here again.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


15 mins walk to nearest unspoilt golden sandy beach. Most on-beach bars open June to September. Sunloungers for small charge, parasols. Portaloos also in peak season. Further along there are numerous other beaches with childrens play areas, toilets, water sports, cafe's, evening discos etc.


Alicante airport just 15 mins drive away or appx €20 in cab. Can access all local areas by walking or using the local 'train-bus' which runs all around the town for just a few euros per day. Good links for buses to excursions, nearby towns or water parks, safari parks, Benidorm, waterfalls, markets, Murcia etc. Car hire only essential if you wish to explore further afield.

Further Details:

Plenty local supermarkets in Gran Alacant, the local Commercial Centre has everything you could need including a gym, bars, banks, restaurants, cafes, greengrocers, butchers, DIY shops, card shops, childrens activity areas, hairdressers, beauty salon, gift and craft shops etc. There is a local market, up the hill, on Thursday mornings which is worth a visit. There is also a public pool (by Plaza Mayor) with pool bar/snacks, fountains and sunbathing areas for a small daily charge.

There is a pharmacy (up the hill at the top of the town) open 365 days a year and full Medical Centre/surgery. Osteopath, Chiropody and Post office.

Further afield there are some beautiful neighbouring towns, Santa Pola, fishing village, around 15 mins drive has a huge market Saturdays, stunning golden shallow beaches and upmarket harbour area with bars and restaurants.

Alicante is just 15 mins away in a taxi or by bus and boasts an interesting old town and shopping centres, beautiful marina and excellent nightlife.

Booking Notes:
Your booking will be passed to the House Management Company OPGroup. English speaking representatives available. Any enquiries and information can be obtained by OPGroup during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 1pm. Car hire can be arranged.
You will need to make your way to OGroup offices in Gran Alacant for Meet & Greet and Key collection. Taxis are always available at Alicante airport and are around €20. You will be given directions and arrangements made once full payment is received.

A £220 damage security is also held against any loss or damage and paid back within 14 days of your return home.
Note: water and electric included, however the Air Con/heating is operated via a Euro coin meter.

Changeover Day:
We try and accommodate times as much as possible, however, you will usually be requested to vacate by 12 noon and arrive after 4 pm to allow us to clean and prepare your holiday home for your arrival.

Notes on prices:
Part weeks/extra days are on pro rata price basis, week divided by 7 x number of days
