Swift & Swallow Barns each are one half of this beautifully restored Cornish Stone Barn. These barns are in an outstandingly peaceful location tucked away down a private lane having wonderful views across open countryside just a short walk down to Restronguet Creek with the footpath leading along to the Pandora Inn. Situated just outside the picturesque creekside village of Mylor Bridge, which has a selection of good shops and an excellent pub. Almost equidistant between Falmouth and the Cathedral City of Truro, the cottages are ideally located for discovering all that Cornwall has to offer. There are numerous gardens including Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, are all within easy reach, along with Mylor Harbour, with its busy marina, sailing school, water sports centre, boat and canoe hire, (there is hard-standing beside the cottage for a dinghy or boat trailer if required). The cottage is perfectly placed too for exploring the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages of the Lizard Peninsula. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within an hour's drive. Overlooking open countryside, they have been renovated to a very high standard and offer excellent holiday accommodation, just a perfect retreat for getting away from it all. The beautiful Restronguet Creek is just a short distance away, with a creekside footpath leading to the 13 century, waters-edge, thatched Pandora Inn, which serves excellent food.

Activity and Interests
The barns are close to creekside walks. Nearest local beach is at Flushing 10 minutes, overlooking Falmouth harbour, popular with locals, beaches. Falmouth has three main beaches, Gyllingvase, Swanpool & Meanporth - about 20 minutes by car. For the surfing beaches on the north coast go to St Agnes, Chapel Porth, Porthtowan and Holywell beaches all are about 30 minutes by car.
Newquay Airport is 40 minutes away.
Truro train station is only 10 minutes away.
Car rental try Europcar.
Mylor Village 1 mile, and Mylor harbour 2 miles. Flushing is 2 miles. Penryn and Cornwall University is 3 miles. Falmouth 5 miles. Truro 8 miles away.
Mylor Bridge has a good selection of local shops catering for day-to-day shopping, including a general store, post office, newsagent, butcher and hairdresser, fish monger and The Lemon Arms.

The spacious accommodation is all on one level, comfortable living-room with colour television, DVD, CD player, wood-burning stove, a dining area, a well equipped fitted kitchen, with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Oak flooring throughout, continues through into the comfortable double bedroom with 5ft double bed, en-suite bathroom, bath, shower above, toilet and basin.
