A Modern Sea View House in Mundesley, North Norfolk, England - Quiet Location Close To The Beach,Two Bedrooms, Great Sea Views

The Look Out is an upside down houses with lovely sea views. It is situated in the quiet but popular village of Mundesley. The property has two double bedrooms on the ground floor, tastefully furnished in oak with comfortable beds and flat screen TVs. The ground floor also houses the large bathroom, with full size bath, and separate large shower cubicle. On the first floor there is the spacious lounge and kitchen/diner that has double doors opening out onto the sea view balcony where you can dine al fresco taking in the sea view. There is also a spiral staircase which leads from the balcony to the rear garden, There is a well equipped kitchen with all the usual kitchen appliances, and leading from there is the upstairs WC. The property has full gas central heating. There is private parking for two cars to the front of the property and to the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed garden with table and chairs and BBQ, and from the rear garden you can access the coastal path. Free WiFi is available. The centre of the village is 5 minutes walk away, and it has every local amenity including a Tesco Express, post office, greengrocers, butchers, chemists, several cafes, craft shops, and two local hostelries which serve food. There is also a children's play area, and skate park. Pets are accepted at The Lookout.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside table, TVs, hair dryers, and all bedlinen is provided.There is a downstairs bathroom with full size bath, and a separate walk in shower cubicle. All towels are provided.

The upstairs has a separate WC with hand basin.The kitchen has an integral electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a dining table and four chairs.The lounge has a large leather sofas, coffee table, sideboard, a large flat screen TV, DVD, CD, and iPod dock. There is an external dining table and chairs for outdoor entertaining on the balcony. Free WiFi is included. All bedlinen and towels are provided.

One well behaved large dog or two well behaved small dogs are allowed at The Lookout.

Peace On Earth

We stayed here for a break before the Christmas onslaught. What a beautifully designed and equipped little house. Well cared for by the owners, every single home comfort and more. Views, local pub/restaurant, great walks, amenities and good choice of restaurants etc and a great pier theatre we can recommend in Cromer. What more could you ask for?
