Living Areas: Very spacious open plan living area, complete with flat screen TV with satellite channels (sports package) and integrated whole building music system where each room can listen to communal or individual connected music players. Dining table for 12 persons and separate breakfast bar and stools. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including electric hobs, extractor, juicer, 2 x ovens, microwave, coffee maker, 2 x fridges, freezer and central island with dishwasher. A separate utility room on the lower level houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board. On the lower level of the villa you will find the cinema room and entertainment area- with flat screen TV, surround sound, DVD player and a PlayStation 3. Table football and table tennis table. On the first floor of the villa is an area that serves as an office. Bedrooms and bathrooms: The Master suite is situated on the first floor of the villa. King sized bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with a double shower unit, separate bath and double wash basins. Bedrooms two to five are located on the ground floor bedroom wing. All of these bedrooms have doors leading directly to the poolside terrace, built-in wardrobes and electrical blinds. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is a twin room with an en suite shower room, and bedroom five is a spacious double room with an en suite shower. Bedroom six is situated on the lower level of the villa, next to the cinema room. This double bedroom benefits from plenty of natural light and has its own en suite shower room. Outside Space: One of the many impressive features is the infinity design swimming pool, which measures approximately 19 metres x 8.5 metres with a constant depth of 2 metres. There is also an integral separate seating area, paddling pool and water features in addition to the main pool, which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Decking poolside terrace areas and a shaded terrace with patio furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a separate decking area to the side of the kitchen area. There is also a table and dining facilities for 12 people. On the first floor of the property is a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, furnished with comfortable seating and sunloungers.

Outstanding Villa in a fantastic location

Myself and 7 fellow golfers have just spent a week at this villa. The villa is absolutely stunning and is extremely handy for all the golf courses in the area and only 10 mins from the Vilamoura marina. i would not hesitate to use this villa in the future.

Amazing place with a fabulous pool ... !

I had the pleasure of spending a few days with friends at this truly luxurious villa in September 2016. It was a truly amazing experience and definitely one of the best villas I have stayed in. The place is quiet, pristine clean and well equipped. The beach, marina, restaurants and bars are a short car ride away although the area is very cycle friendly which is great for exploring. The place and location is out of this world and I would highly recommend it.
