The bungalow has two bedrooms (one with kingsize bed with en-suite shower room and one with twin beds with adjoining bathroom with bath/over shower). The property has been completely renovated to a very high standard with good quality furnishings and appliances. The outside patio is very spacious with sun beds, barbecue etc. ideal for alfresco dining. The property is very private being located at the end of a row of 4 bungalows so you do not get people walking passing by. The property has recently had new double glazed windows fitted and air conditioning installed which is available via a meter.

Having holidayed in Playa Blanca for many years, my wife and I decided to purchase a property on Casas Del Sol. We completely refurbished the villa to our own taste and we love it so much that we call it our happy place. Fantastic bungalow

Spent a very relaxing 10 days here. The bungalow is a real home away from home, with comfy beds, luxurious bathrooms, great sofas, and plenty of good quality patio furniture - we wanted for nothing!

The bungalow is ideally located, a 10 minute walk from Playa Blanca, and its location on the complex is great for anyone who doesn't want too many steps - there aren't any!

Staff in reception were very helpful, and for those without a car the bus stop is just outside the complex.

I would highly recommend this bungalow, and am already planning my return trip next year.

Absolute perfection

We couldn't have asked for anything better with this villa. Everything about it was first class. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The comfort was second to none. The owner had left us a substantial welcome pack, milk, bread wine, etc. We will go back to the villa at our first opportunity.

Location

We love Casas Del Sol for its location as everything you want is within walking distance. No car is necessary unless you want to explore the island.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

There are 2 local beaches within walking distance of CDS. The nearest is the town beach which is a blue flag beach with lifeguard and fresh water showers. A little further east is Playa Dorada which is more expansive with sunbed, umbrella hire and water sports. One of the best beaches is the Papagayo beach, which is a little further away and can be reached on foot although a car or the local water taxi is easier.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Arrecife approx. 15 miles (24km) from Casas Del Sol. It takes about 30/35 minutes by car or taxi. There is also a bus service No. 161 which takes you right outside the complex, journey time approx. 50 minutes

Distances:

Casas Del Sol is situated within 300 metres of the delightful old town of Playa Blanca where there are a variety of shops and supermarkets. Playa Blanca is also renowned for its seafood restaurants located on the promenade alongside the town beach where you can wine, dine and relax.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are normally Thursdays or Sundays but these are flexible dependent upon availability.

30% on booking with a further 20% paid 8 weeks before departure. The remaining 50% to be paid at reception on arrival by cash or credit/debit card. All booking are made via the Casas del Sol SL, the on site Managing Sole Agents.
We recommend you take out your own Holiday insurance to cover all eventualities including our non refundable deposit.

  • On arrival at Casas del So, keys will be waiting for you at reception. Our friendly staff will assist you with any queries. There is a small shop within reception or just across the road there is a Spar supermarket selling fresh baked bread etc. the accommodation is very private with all the comforts of home. We would appreciate no smoking inside the villa. There is a small safe for valuables located inside the villa. Outside: Our villa has a very large patio and has the enviable position of wonderful sea views to the harbour and across the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. We have 4 luxury sunbeds with padded cushions, matching dining table and 6 chairs and it is an ideal place to relax in the sun. The complex has a large heated swimming pool with a lifeguard on duty plus a children's pool and tennis courts. Utility Room: Ironing board located in outside cupboard Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Subsequent cleans will be on a weekly basis with a complete change of bed linen and towels. In addition to this there is a mid week towel change and mini clean. Beach towels provided
