Tiptop in Tiptoe

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from our 4th visit to Tiptoe - which speaks for itself!! The Studio apartment is first rate, very comfortable and in a peaceful location with easy access to the coast. Jane and Vincent are always welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. We love the countryside/forest walks and of course Rosko the friendly giant - he is so gentle for such a large dog. We are already sorting out dates for next year - can't wait to see Rosko again (sorry Vincent!!)

Perfect retreat

  • 5 of 5

Anyone needing a break from the hustle and bustle of life will find The Studio a perfect retreat. We have recently returned from a short break staying at Jane and Vincent's beautiful studio and have already booked another break there next month. The studio sits away from the main house facing a large garden and when we visited there were sheep grazing in the adjoining field. Jane and Vincent have provided everything, and more, that you may need for a stay away from home. The studio benefits from plenty of light from the windows and a high ceiling with open beams.

There is easy access to the forest giving the opportunity to walk or cycle in this lovely part of the world (the sky seems so much bigger here!). We also visited the coast and sat looking over to the Isle of Wight from nearby New Milton. There are many places to explore and all are easily accessible from the Studio including a few welcoming pubs.

I would like to keep this place a secret but feel that would be selfish and others should benefit from the tranquillity of The Studio.

Many thanks Jane and Vincent

Beautiful Studio Barn in a lively location

  • 5 of 5

Had a fantastic break at Vincent and Jane's Studio Appartment. The property is kept to an excellent standard are we were made very welcome on arrival. Had the delight of meeting Roscoe the Newfoundland, who is the loveliest natured dog we've ever met, our two children are still taking about him now (4 weeks later). If you ask Vincent kindly he may even take you for a quick drive in one of their beautiful cars - that was my highlight!!! Thanks Vincent and Jane, we hope to see you again soon. We booked the Studio Barn for a few days away just to relax and chill out with our two dogs in the New Forest, and i don't think we could have picked a better place to stay.

Jane and Vincent (the owners) could not have done more for us, they are very welcoming and friendly and have worked hard to make the Studio Barn a fantastic little getaway.

The property is everything you could want it to be - clean, well equipped, comfortable, and for a studio very spacious.

There is a large safe & secure garden that is great for the dogs (or children) to run around in along with Jane and Vincent's dog Rosco.

Good walking in the New Forest plus excellent dog friendly local pub/restaurant.

We will definitely be booking again.

Excellent Stay

  • 5 of 5

What a great place...Thanks very much Jane & Vincent for a most enjoyable stay. The accommodation was well presented and clean, had everything we needed and more. Brilliant location with many walks nearby and the coast only a short drive away, also plenty of places to eat out nearby. Great place for dog walking and thanks to Roscoe the owners dog for entertaining our dog Tilly during our visit.

Many thanks Neil, Kate & Tilly

lovely clean & comfy accomodation, all the essentials provided for your arrival. my partner & our 2 daughters stayed, the sofa bed is definately big enough for 2 girls to share without invading each others space! nice comfy bedding, & all the privacy you need. Lots of info on where to eat/ walk. Jane & vincent are a lovely, genuine couple, very warming.. & if you are 'Doggy' people with a friendly dog, you & your dog will love it here.. their adorable newfy is also the perfect 'comical' host, our dog played non stop with him, in large & secure grounds, which is also perfect for young children, you dont have to worry where they are! swings & a slide & trampoline keep them happy too! .. I dont want to big it up too much because i want it to be available next time we get the opportunity to stay!! (haha) .. we would definately recommend this to dog loving people.. & it is situated in a perfect place, for walks or drives, just drive carefully! .. the new forest is one of natures marvels! .. horses, ponies & cows wondering carefree everywhere! .. Beautiful!
