Enjoying a wonderful location less than a 5-minute downhill walk to the magnificent surfing beach at Perranporth. This is a new detached property, which has been divided into two apartments sleeping 4 in each apartment. 'Pemberley' is the ground floor 'Amberley' is on the first floor. Each apartment has its own private access and a parking area. The apartments are newly furnished and decorated to a very good standard and perfect for those who wish to holiday together as one large family. In an elevated position, each apartment boasts superb views over the town, the boating lake and the golf links course beyond and is within walking distance to numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. An excellent base for touring the whole of Cornwall. Sleeps 4. A few steps from the parking area lead up to the property. The accommodation is all on one level: well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, and a washing machine. The kitchen is semi-open plan within the lounge and dining area. There is a colour t.v, DVD player, very comfortable two seater sofa and two chairs with dining room furnishings. Bedrooms: bedroom one has a double bed (4ft 6ins), bedroom two has twin beds (3ft) (can be zipped together to make a king-size if required). Bathroom: electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. There is a decking / patio area to the front of the apartment supplied with patio furniture .
