This impressive detached house is conveniently located within a ten minute level walk to the village and to the popular beach of Perranporth. Well equipped and very spacious providing an excellent base for large families wishing to holiday together. The house boasts four large bedrooms plus an additional TV room (which can be used as an extra bedroom) and three bathrooms. There are two private garages, a private driveway for parking, a good size garden with a stream and two patio areas. Sleeps 10. Ground floor: Kitchen: Recently fitted with built-in double oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and drying area for wetsuits and beach gear. Lounge: Solid fuel burner, three piece suite, TV, DVD and CD player. Plenty of books and board games are provided. Dining Room: Large table and chairs to accommodate ten people. On this same level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom: Bedroom one: Pine bunk beds (3ft). Bedroom two: Double bed (4'6"). Both rooms have wash hand basins and ample storage space. Bathroom One: Walk-in shower, bath and a wash hand basin. A separate WC and wash hand basin are next to this bathroom. Upstairs: Master Bedroom: Kingsize bed (5'), seating area with garden view, ensuite (walk-in) shower room with WC, sink and mirror. Bedroom four: Two single beds, garden view, ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, WC, sink and mirror. Bedroom Five: Two single beds, futon, TV, DVD player. Bedrooms Four and Five benefit from a connecting door, as well as each having their own main door into the hallway. Conservatory: a lovely morning suntrap set up as a playroom, with toys, games and table football to occupy younger members of the family.

Outside there are two garages for parking or for extra storage with additional parking on the drive for at least three cars. The garden is a good size enjoying many areas where you can sit out and take pleasure in a BBQ or to relax with a glass of wine (BBQ and patio furniture are supplied). There is WiFi and a telephone available for incoming and emergency calls. Oil central heating throughout the house.
