The stylish colonial Spanish five-bedroom villa is located in a privileged green quiet area in the urbanization Moravit of Moraira, close to all amenities and the beach. There is seaview from the pool and the Rock from Calpe. The villa is located on walking distance from the sandy beach the “Ampolla” (1,5 km) , idyllic bays of Moraira, old town of Moraira (2 km), restaurants, supermarkets and facilities (0.4 km). The villa is situated on a flat plot which is accessible for wheelchairs and ideal for young children. The villa has two large master bedrooms with separate entrances and bathroom, which is ideal for two large families or couples. Also the other bedrooms and studio are spacious.
Moraira is close to the motorway with a short drive to Calpe, Denia, Javea, Altea and Benidorm (Alicante 45 minutes drive). This area is called also the Saint Tropez of the Costa Blanca.
On the same plot there is parking for 2 cars. Children can play safely as the area is a cull de sac (no traffic). The villa has a plot of 950 m2 with enclosed beautiful Mediterranean garden consisting of lawn, palm trees and many plants. The villa has an inner surface of approximately 270 m2 situated on a flat plot. There are two large Spanish covered terraces (naya’s) of in total 54m2, with an open fireplace with access to the garden. On the terrace is a covered dining room with a table seating 10-12 people and a lounge area with chairs and sofa. The Naya (covered terrace) offers a second comfortable outdoor dining.

About the Owner
Me and my husband have moved to Spain, Costa Blanca, three years ago with our daughter Olivia of a half year old, for the work of my husband (doctor). We were looking for more adventure, relaxer life, sun and beaches and for a better balance of working and enjoying our free time with our daughters. In July we became parents of twins. Our daughters went to local Spanish nurseries and we enjoyed to have been integrated in all the traditions, which this region offers. Especially, time for doing sports, spending time with the children, travelling with our VW bus in Spain, enjoying all the local wine, food, fruits and the Spanish people. For me Moraira is always relaxing, quiet, no high buildings, local old town with charm, surrounded by many beautiful beaches and other places.

Wonderful stay at finca Olivia
We had an pleasant stay at Finca Olivia. We were 11 persons from 6 to 70 years and could all relax and enjoy the house and the surroundings. The house has a lovely garden and outside areas. The outside kitchen is next to the pool and we spent the most of the time around here, making food, eating, swimming, playing....
The house were tidy and clean upon arrival and was very well equiped. The shops and beach are close to the house, but the house is on a hill so it is good to have a car during the stay.
The bedrooms are big and have nice beds and cushions, except from one of the double bedroom in the main villa which had a bad bed, no window and just a ceiling fan.
Nicole was a very friendly and helpful host and we can recommend this villa to anyone coming to this area!
Lovely Villa with a fantastic outside area for cooking and eating by the pool. Beds were very comfortable and there are 2 massive double rooms in the main Vila but only one of them with an ensuite. This Villa is ideal for two families and has lots of toys for children, we loved the outside areas and terrace.
Bad points - wasps outside were annoying, the pool was too cold and not really used, the 3rd double bedroom in the main Vila had no window and just a ceiling fan- no adult wanted to be in that room so they had to use the kids room and we put our 15month old in the room no one wanted! The upstairs area (5th bedroom) wasn't an option to use as it was closed off to us as there were only 4 adults, this room upstairs doesn't have a toilet so wouldn't have been used anyway, you would have to go outside then into the main house to use a bathroom. The beach is a short distance away but too steep a hill on the way back to walk with a small child. A car is essential. We loved the local village and beaches and restaurants. Overall the booking and communication with the owners was uncomplicated and very straightforward. Nicole the owner couldn't have been more helpful. The Villa was clean and tidy.
Holiday at Casa Olivia
A nice colonial villa with all the required needs and a lovely pool. More than enough room for 10 people to have a great holiday. A few rooms had no airconditioning and not enough wardrobe. The owner and the property keeper gave us good information and were helpfull. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Olivia. The house was very cozy, lot's of outdoor space, terraces and garden. The sun did not go away until late in the evening. The house was really clean and the bathroom's was modern and comfortable, First time I have been on holiday and madresses are very good. Lot's of stuff for children to play with. Nice and clean pool. Lovely outdoor kitchen witch we had all our meals in when not going out to eat. It was a quiet area, no traffic. We did just need aircon in the last couple of days just for a few hours. Lot's of hot water for showers even we were 13 people in the house. Easy to walk to nearest restaurants and even to the sea. Not to far to the main town area either. Lot's of shops and a nice area with no crowded beaches. Not so many tourist witch we like :-) Would recommend the Elz Chamizo for a nice special meal. And the Tapas restaurant just opposite is really nice the name is called something 44. We would highliy recommend this property for families and friends. Suits both adults and children very well. Holiday at Villa Olivia
The property benefits from being in a quiet area just outside the main town of Moraira. The villa is large and privacy can be found in various parts of the rooms and garden areas. The interior of the villa is traditionally decorated and is in good repair with the benefits of air conditioning and fans. Everything was in good working order with sufficient storage for food and drinks. The pool was clean and large enough to swim in. However the pool furniture could be upgraded. The garden areas were adequate with a well used hammock!
The amenities in the surrounding area were very good with a choice of supermarkets and the restaurants were first class. The local town of Moraira had numerous shops and good bars and restaurants. It also had a nice sandy beach. I would recommend visiting places such as Altea and Calpe..

“Me and my family (Dutch from Amsterdam) have lived almost three years in the Costa Blanca (Denia, Benissa and Moraira). We love the region because of the beautiful nature, mountains, beautiful beaches and lots of possibilities to perform sports (kitesurfing, SUP, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, running, playing golf/tennis) or just relaxing in one of the idyllic beaches, dining in old towns of Moraira, Altea, leasuring on the markets or enjoying the local food in the traditional Spanish restaurants. Always when I was driving from Moraira to Calpe I fell in love with the beautiful coast line with a view on the romantic bays and the blue sea with a view on the dramatic penon d'ifac. After searching we found our dream house; Spanish, colonial with lots of charme, in the middle of nature!”

Rock Climbing. Benissa has become a very popular centre for people interested in climbing. The main areas are:-Penon D'Ifach(a must for all levels of ability at 332 meters), Sella(a huge range of routes covering all grades and lengths), Toix, and Altea.More golf! Ifach Golf Club - Moraira, At just 12 kilometres from Calpe, surrounded by tranquillity and nature, is the Ifach Golf club. This is considered one of the pioneer clubs of the Comunidad Valenciana. Situated in an area that is particularly attractive for the practice of golf, and with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, you can find a quality that is a must for people who wish to get away from the stress of the large cities: silence. Between the pines, algarrobos and almond trees we can find peace.
The stylish five-bedroom colonial villa is located on walking distance from the sandy beach the “Ampolla” (1,5 km), Andrago beach (1 km), the idyllic bays of Moraira and Benissa, El Portet beach in Moraira (5 km) and the beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe (10 km), Javea (Arenal, Granadella, Portixol) 10 km, Denia/Olivia (ideally for walking endless km's on the beach). Granadella was announced as one of the most beautiful beaches of Spain. In our villa we have an information book on all beaches.
The nearest Airport Alicante is 45 minutes drive and Valencia 1,15 hours drive.
Valencia (third largest city in Spain) is one and a half hours away and Barcelona (second largest) and the capital Madrid are both four hours away and can all be reached on the excellent motorway.
Moraira is close to the motorway with a short drive to Calpe, Denia, Javea, Altea (all within 15 km) and Benidorm (30km).There are many places of interest to see on day excursions, apart from the other coastal resorts there is also the spectacular inland and mountainous environments to discover, including the wonderful mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia, Europe’s largest palm forest at Elche and the ancient city of Murcia.
Moraira offers plenty of good quality restaurants, including eight Michelin recommended restaurants in the immediate area, three of which are star rated and not too expensive. A review and recommendations of the local restaurants are available in the house
The villa is located near the coast road Moraira - Calpe (about 500m).
The distance from the sea is about 600 meters from the nearest beach is about 1500 meters.
Shopping to the supermarket Más y Más 300m, Pepe la Sal 800 m, the nearest Aldi or Lidl in Moraira each 6 car minutes . Moraira town is 10 minutes by car. To the nearest bakery (with delicious sandwiches) by foot 3 minutes.
A drive along the nearest coastline will take you the following beaches: El Portet, which has a small sandy beach and transparent waters, a superb setting for a peaceful swim. Restaurants, showers, and parking are available. (5 mins) Then onto Moraira, with the beach of L'Ampolla at the foot of the castle. Or golden sand, it is the largest and most popular beach in the area, with an excellent range of facilities such as games, hammocks, a watch tower and many restaurants. ( mins) Following the road towards Calpe, you will find the beaches of Platgetes, which are of easy access; they are half of golden sand and half rocky. Parking area, restaurants, showers and office of the Red Cross are available, it also has a nice promenade that communicates them. (4 mins) On the same road, before getting to Cap Blanc you will find the L'Andragó beach, a boulder beach, famous for being rather quiet. Parking area and restaurants are also available and it is one of the best areas for practising underwater sports. (4 mins) Then onto Calpe. The coastline of Calpe consists of cliffs, small rocky coves and wide sandy beaches. The main magnets for tourists are the sandy beaches of La Fossa, Arenal-Bol and La Calalga. The beaches and promenade offer a full range of services and activities including pedaloes, jet skis and wind surfing. (7 mins)

Should this prove impossible the entire sum paid to date will be forfeited.
Saturday is the typical changeover day although this is more flexible depending on the availability. Check in 4 pm onwards. Check out by 10 am please.

“Main advantage is that no car is needed, close to everything and still in the middle of nature. You hear only birds and you are surrounded by palms and pine trees. Besides the advantage of our villa is that it's one level, which is ideal for children and wheelchairs accessable. The private pool is not in front of the large terrace and has a fence around which makes it safe for children. Furthermore, there are two large Spanish covered terraces (Naya’s) of in total 54m2, with an open fireplace with access to the garden. The Naya (covered terrace) offers a second comfortable outdoor dining. Depending on the time of day and sunlight can choose between the outdoor dining rooms. As the summers in Spain can be hot these big terraces are an ideal place for relaxing.”

Outside: A beautiful Mediterranean garden with patio furniture, lawn grass area with palms. A large pool size 8x4, accessed by 5 Roman steps, next to a rustic covered terrace with barbecue and 10 chairs and sun beds. Kitchen for BBQ, paella and cooking (kitchenette), including a refrigerator, dishwasher and furniture. The building also contains a sink unit and worktops that are used to prepare food for the barbecue. There is also a stereo system in here, which can be used to liven up the pool area. The villa also has an outside toilet and shower (with warm water!). Utility Room: Utility room with shelf space for food and laundry storage etc, washing machine, tumble drier and all the usual laundry facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We provide all towels and bed linen, changed weekly if requested. We also provide towels, parasols & mats for the pool and the beach (no extra charge). The property is cleaned prior to each let and additional maid service can be provided by arrangement. Other: Upstairs there is a separate studio, accessible by outside stairs, spacious bedroom (5th) with (adjustable) double bed, lounge sofa, balcony with sea view and overlooking the pool.
