Penhale 14 (B14) Penthouse Beachside Apartment in Perranporth, Cornwall, England - Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms

The village of Perranporth is a very central location when visitors wish to tour the north coast, close by are attractions such as The Eden Project, The Tate Gallery and many National Trust Gardens to be explored. Sleeps 4. Communal stairway shared with two other apartments: A number of steps lead up to the penthouse. On entrance into the hallway there is a fully tiled spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C. The double bedroom enjoys a marvellous sea and beach view and the twin room (2 x single 3ft beds) also enjoys sea views. The open plan living and dining room area also boasts a sea and beach view. The living room consists of a colour T.V, DVD player, music system and large leather sofas. There is a dining room table with chairs to seat up to four people. The modern kitchen consists of an electric cooker, combination microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a combined washing machine/dryer.
