Penhale 4 (B4), Atlantic Bay, Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms. This first floor apartment with WiFi is adjacent to the popular Perranporth beach with views from the lounge and double bedroom of the glorious sands and sea.

A selection of shops, restaurants etc., are all within a level walk with many tourist attractions nearby. Atlantic Bay offers a selection of two bedroom apartments with three and four bedroom Penthouses with allocated parking areas. There is a communal garden with benches (unfortunately no ball games or cycling allowed in the garden area).

Front entrance leading into a fitted kitchen, well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and a washing machine. Lounge/diner includes 2 leather sofas, colour T.V., DVD player and a dining table with chairs for four people. Bedroom one has a double bed; bedroom two has 3ft twin beds.

Heating is provided by night storage heaters and there is one allocated parking space provided.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, W.C., and a wash hand basin.

Up to two small dogs are welcome but must be supervised at all times and not allowed to go on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be kept on a lead when in all communal parts of Atlantic Bay for safety reasons and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own. Lifeguards are also stationed at the Perran Sands end of Perranporth beach from mid May to the end of September.

• Perranporth beach is dog friendly allowing dogs on the beach all year round. From July to September dogs must be kept on a short lead between 10am and 5pm.

• Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.
