Piran Apartment in Perranporth is an excellent and spacious accommodation for up to four people. Situated in a superb location in centre of village just a few metres from the beach!

To the rear of the kitchen there is a small decking area with potted plants and a picnic table with chairs. There is an allocated parking space for one car just one minute's walk away. Outside steps lead up to the entrance of Piran Apartment which is roomy and made very comfy and modern, with WiFi.

Kitchen/Diner: L-shaped room with very good quality units and workbenches, equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, an integrated dishwasher, two easy style chairs and a dining table with six dining chairs. From here there is access to the rear decking. Lounge: two large deep, comfy modern sofas and a large oval shape matching chair, full size flat screen Smart TV with Netflix (providing you have an account). Bedroom One: kingsize bed (5ft) with an en-suite shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom Two: twin beds (3ft) along with a single chair that will convert into a very comfortable single bed. Bathroom: fully tiled, fitted with a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and WC. Heating: electric central heating radiators are fitted throughout.

Lifeguards are also stationed at the Perran Sands end of Perranporth beach from mid May to the end of September.

• Perranporth beach is dog friendly allowing dogs on the beach all year round. From July to September dogs must be kept on a short lead between 10am and 5pm.

• Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.
