Mill Cottage oozes charm and character and is the retreat that everyone dreams of. An abundance of oak beams, tiled floors with under floor heating and a wood burning stove, all help to make this a cosy cottage suitable for a break at any time of the year. A mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings add comfort to the rooms and guests will find the newly fitted bathroom and kitchen exceptionally ample and well equipped. The garden is totally enclosed and there is a parking area for at least two cars located by the rear gate.
Downstairs accommodation
Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with a tumble dryer combined. Lounge / Diner: A spacious room with beamed ceilings, providing a feature fireplace with wood burner, comfy soft furnishings, colour t.v with freeview, Wi-Fi and a dining table with chairs to accommodate up to six people. Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. Bedroom One: King size (5ft) with a wash hand basin.
Upstairs: Bedroom Two: Two pine beds (3ft). Bedroom Three: Kingsize bed (5ft). All bedrooms have good quality furnishings and have wall mounted electric panel heaters in each room. To the rear of the cottage there is a level lawn and patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ. Various shrubs and fruit trees surround the garden and there is a summer house which can be used for storage of bikes, surf boards etc. All downstairs rooms have under floor heating operated by an electric central heating system.

Why not try a surf lesson while you’re here? And of course, let’s not forget the famous ‘Watering Hole’, the UKs only beach bar which plays hosts to many exciting music events throughout the year. Or perhaps you prefer a spot of golf? An 18 hole links golf course if just a few minutes away and boasts spectacular views of the beach and coast.

Nearby attractions such as Healey’s Cyder Farm, Holywell Bay Fun Park and the Eden Project will make it easy to keep everyone busy whilst your here!
Perranporth Beach Info
• RNLI Lifeguards are on duty at the end of the beach closest to the town from
Easter holidays
1st May to the 30th September
October half term.
Lifeguards are also stationed at the Perran Sands end of Perranporth beach from mid May to the end of September.
• Perranporth beach is dog friendly allowing dogs on the beach all year round. From July to September dogs must be kept on a short lead between 10am and 5pm.
• Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.
