Benalmadena, Costa del Sol, Spain - A Central Location Within Easy Walking Distance (850 Meters) Of All

A Well decorated apartment with all mod cons. Great for family holidays, with easy walking access to the beaches and the private pool. A supermarket, cash point and pharmacy is less than a 80m away, as is Bonanza Square, a local hot spot with a multitude of bars and restaurants. No need for any car or to catch public transport, all local amenities within easy walking distance. Great accommodation, huge range of restaurants, endless family fun activities, superb night life, great sight seeing opportunities, loads of water sports. Easy to use public transport if you do venture further afield. Free access to swimming pool (1st june to 31st October) and tennis courts. Sun beds are available at a modest cost. A local agent is available to help with advice and assistance should you need it. So much to do and see. you can just flop by the pool or beach all day or sight see.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Bonanza Square at 20 Metres Nearest Ferry : Fuengirola or Malaga at 800 Metres Nearest Golf : Benalmadena Golf at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Train : Arroya de la meil at 800 Metres Nearest Motorway : A7 Arroya de la meil at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Bonanza Square at 20 Metres Nearest Beach : Numerous at 800 Metres Car: not necessary


Great sandy beaches within 850 meters. A traffic free promenade runs the length of the resort giving easy access to all areas, including the award winning Marina.

The beaches are sandy and all supported by sunbeds, restaurants and bars.


The apartment is 15 km from Malaga Airport.

Car hire is not necessary. Travel from the airport can be by taxi train or bus.

when at the resort, again car hire is not necessary as it is exceptionally well appointed, with all main attractions within strolling distance.

Further Details:

In a two week holiday you could eat out or drink somewhere different every single night!

Just forget driving everything is local and easy walking.

There is ample to do in Benalmadena itself, but if you are feeling adventurous it is easy to travel further afield by car, local bus or train.

Easy to use public transport if you do venture further afield. Great public transport links. Buses run frequently up and down the coast as well as inland. There is a well appointed train station that is efficient, air conditioned and easy to use. There are even water taxis for a slightly different mode of transport!

Benalmadena, is ideally located between Malaga and Marbella.

Malaga is a good cultural centre where you can go on walking tours of the city and climb to the top of the ancient castle for spectacular coastal views.

Mijas, just a little inland is a typical "white" village, well known for its donkey taxis and horse drawn carriages. Well worth a look.

Marbella and Puerto-Banus? are also worthy of a trip, especially if you would like to see some rather large luxury yachts!

Further afield is the village of Rhonda, famous for its gorges and impressive scenery.

Benalmadena is a great place for a relaxing holiday.

As a taster of other attractions, all within walking distance of the apartment:

"Sealife" is a renowned aquarium which is well worth a visit

Selwo Marina has seals dolphins and even penguins

Tivoli world is the local theme park

Paloma Park is worth a look, rabbits, chickens, turtles all roaming freely. Take some bread with you.

The area is also festooned with Numerous restaurants,. You are really spoilt for choice. the whole world is here!...Spanish; English, Asian; Chinese; Indian; Mexican; Italian; American; French; Argentinian etc.

The night life is also first rate with beach bars, piano bars and a range of discos for the young at heart.

There are numerous beaches to choose from and a well renowned Marina that plays host to boutique shops.

  • Notes on accommodation: The air condition covers all areas except the bathroom and is operated via a modestly charged meter. Outside: The shared pool is within its own gardens is about 20 metres away. Sun beds are available at a modest charge. Open from 1st June to 31st October Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided. Your own Beach towels are recommended though. The laundry is collected after each visit and the apartment is then also cleaned, prior to the next guest arriving. Other: There is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs with stunning views. There is also a drying facility (rack) built into the balcony wall.
