Contemporary lodge finished to a very high standard. Disabled friendly. Set in a quite village with open views over farm land. Centrally based for all Norfolk has to offer. Large downstairs double bedroom with king sized bed and downstairs wet room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. Open living area and kitchen with large patio doors leading to decking area and enclosed garden with barbeque and outdoor seating

Hi, I'm Martin Jarvis. I have a wife and a daughter and have lived in Honing with my family for 18 years. We thoroughly enjoy living here as it is a very peaceful and tranquil place to live with no noise or disruption. It makes a great place for countryside walks. My favourite pass time is fishing at the nearby Dilham Fisheries and the Old Stables fishing lake in North Walsham and also spending time with my family.

The house is beautifully presented & impeccably clean. The owners were very helpful without being intrusive. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Beautiful quiet surroundings but close to The Broads, the fantastic Norfolk coast and other attractions such as Dinosaur Land. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Fishing lakes at Dilham Fishery and The Old Stables Fishing Lake at North Walsham are two of many angling opportunities located nearby.

Weavers Way, a long distance footpath, runs from Cromer to Great Yarmouth and passes through the village of Honing.

The local area contains quiet lanes ideal for cycling and nearby are Bacton Woods with 3 marked trails ranging from 2 to 4 kilometres making an excellent place for all types of orienteering, walking, horse riding and cycling.

East Ruston Old vicarage gardens in the neighbouring village is a feast of formal design, and decorative exuberance.

The busy town of North Walsham and the pretty Broads town of Stalham are a 10 minute journey away, slightly further is Wroxham considered the capital of the Norfolk Broads.

Just outside Wroxham is Wroxham Barns a collection of beautifully restored eighteenth Century barns with displays of traditional and contemporary rural crafts, with workshops. Also with a Junior farm and fun fair
