Surfers Cottage in Perranporth, Cornwall, England

This 2 bedroom property is just yards from Perranporth's 3 miles of golden sandy beach and famous surf! Perranporth village is a quiet seaside resort with a variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and is a great base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Newquay, Padstow, Falmouth and St Ives are all within easy driving distance, as are numerous quality tourist attractions, including the world famous Eden Project, Newquay's Blue Reef Aquarium, Healy's Cyder Farm, Flambards park and many others. Perranporth also lies on the South West Coast Path, with beautiful scenic walks to St Agnes or Holywell Bay and beyond.

Accommodation

Steps lead down to the ground floor entrance into the open plan kitchen/dining room. Kitchen: Solid wood floor, modern kitchen units, fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. Stairs lead to the first floor lounge.

Lounge: Comfortably furnished with leather sofa and two armchairs, large TV with Free-sat.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wash basin & WC.

Bedroom 1: Double bed

Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3ft)

Outside: Patio area immediately outside the cottage with table and chairs. Private car parking for two cars behind the property.
