About Lucy Conway

I have holidayed in this characterful,wonderful cottage for all my life and still look forward to all my visits.

My husband and our 4 children live only 30 mins away and visit regularly.

The house is very close to beach and not much of a drive to the resort of Great-Yarmouth where there are lots of activities for all weathers, and near-by to The Norfolk broads.

This property has been in our family for over 50 years and we have holidayed here as children and as parents with our children.

We love the area because is it beautiful,unspoilt with plenty to do and visit nearby

The property is very conveniently located to all shops in village and pub/fish-chip.It is only 5 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach with fantastic beach cafe

Wonderful position, brilliant access to the beach.

Concerned on a couple of safety issues. Overloaded plugs in the kitchen, the smoke detector had been removed. There was also some confusion as to whether towels were supplied or not. The property was not as clean as I would have expected. The beach was wonderful with the sea being easily accessed and the village playground was close by with very good equipment.

Just Perfect

This property is a little gem. Totally unspoilt location away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for a relaxed, peaceful break where you can enjoy the sea air and good walks - this is the place.

Accommodation homely, clean with all the basic necessities for a enjoyable holiday. Hope to return soon.

Located within metres of a shop, post office and chip shop with pub nearby. Minutes from the beach in a very quiet village. Miles of sandy beach and sand dunes, on an all year round dog friendly beach; with responsible dog owners. Property benefits from a reasonably sized secure front garden. Off road parking at front and on road parking at rear.

Fantastic cottage by the sea

A short family break in a lovely cottage so close to the sea. Excellent value for money- had everything we needed. When looking for a property we had looked at others and thought they looked more sophisticated but at twice the price so decided to go with this cottage. Without a shadow of a doubt this was everything we needed and such excellent value in a top location. Would definitely return.
