Villa in Seillans, Var, France - Quiet, South Facing All Day Sun And At A 10 Min Walk To The Village

Charming villa with a spectacular view at the village of Seillans and the valley. The house is facing south meaning sunshine all day and has a spacious garden around. Inside you will find a comfortable living with wood-stove and dining corner overlooking Seillans. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a walk-inn shower, toilet is separate. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, induction-stove and a microwave/hot air combination oven. For a perfect cup of coffee there is a genuine Italian espresso machine. The villa is at a 10 minute walking distance to the scenic village of Seillans in the Var, denoted one of the most pretty villages in France. The house is situated against a hillside giving a broad view over the valley. Both Seillans and Fayence (5 minute drive) have public swimming pools where lots of children go for a swim. The beaches in the bay of Cannes are a 35 minute drive away. On the way to Cannes you pass a big lake with ample swimming possibilities as well as restaurants, a lounge bar and pedal boats for rent. The valley will provide you with tennis courts, a golf course ( also midget golf ), indoor bowling a glider port for fantastic glider flying through the mountains and several stables.

We are a family of 5. We bought our lovely holiday home in France in 2008. Ever since we have been enjoying numerous vacations in Seillans.

Our children love being there playing in the garden and going to the beaches or lake for a swim.

The rural and cosy Provence has attracted us for it's climate and outdoor possibilities.

In spring you can have lunch at the beach and go skiing in the Alps next day.

A great holiday home in a lovely village

My wife and I have just had 14 great days in this charming villa. Ideally situated to explore the many sights and attractions and to return to the serenity of the village at the end of a lovely day was so relaxing. The property has everything you need and the covered terrace , with it's stunning views, was used for all our meals in. If you wish to dine out the village has 3 excellent Restaurants and a bar. Also a good Pizza take away. Excellent customer service was provided and we would recommend this property as we had a wonderful holiday. Many thanks to Frans and Sandra and also Lonnecke.

Stylish villa and beautiful view

We had the happiest holiday with our two children, 11 and 7, in Seillans! The villa is stylish and well equipped, loads of garden and a wonderful terrace with sublime views. We were so sad to leave. Thank you Frans, Sandra and Lonneke.

Normally changeover day is on Saturdays. Checkout time is 10 am. Check-inn time after 2 pm ( 1400 hours ).

An advance payment of 50% has to be made via a bank transfer, the remainder a week before arrival.
There is a deposit of £250 or€300.
Cost's for cleaning are £60 or €70 upon departure.
Bedlinnen and towels are £17 or €20 per set

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is easy accessible by road and has a driveway taking several cars. Outside: The villa is built against the hillside and therefore has several gardens at different levels. Behind the house you will find a table in the garden where you can sit outside. For children there is tree hut to play in. Utility Room: A separate garage with chairs is behind the house. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedlinen are available on request. You can bring your own however. Other: There is a very nice covered terrace in front of the master bedroom. It can be accessed form both the living room and the master bedroom.
