About Alun Jones
Sandra & Alun Jones
We have lived here in France for 12 and love the peace and quiet of our home which is situated in a small Hamlet of St Crepin de Richemont. We chose this
place as we are 5 mins from the beautiful market town of Brantome, also called the Venice of the Perigord.
Brantome is a bustling little town throughout the season. We enjoy meeting our guests some of which
have come back over the years and we have formed
friendships and spent some delightful times sharing
a glass of wine and chatting about the area which is
Alun Jones purchased this apartment in 2004
Why Alun Jones chose Perigord Vert
We loved the house with the spectacular views and the peace and quiet of the area. There are beautiful little villages and towns to visit and the airports are
not too far away. Also there is no traffic to speak of and no pollution. Travelling around the Dordogne is so easy with good roads everywhere.
What makes this apartment unique
Our house suits us because it is divided into two apartments. We live in the larger one on the first floor and the smaller apartment is used for family and friends and our guests. That way everyone has their own space. We love sitting round the pool in summer and eating outside with the beautiful views and the fresh clean air.
We can walk directly into the woods and down into the main area of St Crepin de Richemont plus the Chateau de Richemont is 5 mins walk away.
