£350 - £450 per week. Holly Cottage is a charming detached Victorian cottage situated in the garden grounds of Holly Lodge. Within a 5 min walk to the golf course and village. The cottage is 25 mins drive from Inverness and offers a great base for exploring the north west or east coast of Scotland. it is well equipped and we provide towels and linen and electricity at no extra charge. There is abedroom en suite, dining/sitting room and shower room. Utility room and kitchen.

About the Owner

Both Andrew and Fiona have been involved in the tourist industry for many years. Fiona having run Highland Discovery Tours in the Spey Valley and Andrew running the busy youth hostel in Orkney.

We were married at the church of St Anne’s in Strathpeffer. Our two boys attend the local primary school and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that the area has to offer.

We look forward to welcoming you to Holly Lodge and Cottage and are committed to making sure you enjoy your stay with us.

Spent a few nights here at this cottage and enjoyed it. It makes a great base to visit the west coast and north east. Inverness is only a 30 min drive but we didn't want to stay in the city. Lovely walks from the cottage and it was well equipped. Thank s Fiona.

We love living at Holly Lodge with its wonderful architecture and cobwebs. Set on an elevated site overlooking the preserved Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer. It is in the heart of beautiful countryside and close to the wild west coast yet within easy commute of the city the Inverness.

Coast/Beach:

45 mins drive to the wonderful wild west coast of Scotland

40 mins drive to the east coast villages of Cromarty or Dornoch

Travel:

5 mins walk to village and Bus routes in all directions

10 mins drive to town of Dingwall to train station

40 mins drive to Inverness Airport

Distances:

Because we are in the heart of the Highlands it is very convenient to explore out north, east and west

30 min drive to City of Inverness

40 min drive to Loch Ness

45 Min drive to West Coast - Ullapool

To reserve the cottage requires a £100 deposit and full payment 2 weeks before you arrive.

Last minute bookings are due in full at the time of booking.

Holly Cottage will be available on the day of arrival from late lunchtime onwards. Please let us know when your arrival time will be so we are here.
