The concept of the duplex is based on everybody enjoying privacy and calm while taking advantage of the open spaces.

Maison La Tour offers a peaceful location where it is hard to leave as “comfortable” is a key word in this rental apartment.

Situated in the middle of Cap d’Antibes between Juan-les-pins and Antibes Old-Town, it takes just 4 minutes to walk to the centre of either . You will be able to access any beach of your choice in any direction you go, the lively life of Juan-les-pins at night and the fresh market stalls on the popular “Marché Provencal" in the morning.

The property has a large living area with an open kitchen which extends to the outside by an open terrace. The Master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a dressing-room and can be considered as a mini apartment by itself, once the unique door of the duplex is closed. Two other bedrooms situated on the lower part can be accessed from the house, through a spiral staircase or from the entrance of the home. There is a shower-room en suite from the bedroom #3.Two terraces for lunching and dinning.

About Olivier Moretti

Born in Antibes and went to live in UK for 10 years. Came back in 2003 and purchased the property in 2008. My back-ground is Franco-Italian- English. My two children live in UK and come to visit their house, enjoying Antibes whenever possible. My professional occupation pulls me abroad constantly. So it is always with great excitement that I come home. I love to walk to the lighthouse of la Garoupe where I can admire endlessly the view of the cost from St Tropez to Italy. I can walk to get fresh fish from the fishermen on the various ports which surround the house.

Notes on accommodation: The owner aims to make the stay as comfortable and as relaxing as possible. Toiletries, Wine, CD’s, English books, Charcoal Barbecue are available to guests. Outside: The property offers two areas for dining and lounging depending on the time of day! The outdoor decking area, leading from the kitchen is perfect for breakfast to enjoy the morning sun. The other terrace is shaded and ideal for lunch and dinner, as it is protected by a sail parasol secured over the dining area. There is ample space at the outdoor dining table to comfortably seat up to 10 guests. Each terrace is secluded and protected by the surrounding enclosure once the gate is closed. The outdoor lifestyle is complete with the American style charcoal BBQ at your disposal to enjoy, home barbecued locally sourced fresh food from our markets. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen provided. All bed linen are in 600 Thread Egyptian cotton. There is a large number of towels. Separate beach towel are provided. Cleaning on Saturdays (2 hours) is included. Maid service can be arranged upon request. Other: Desk/office area. There is WIFI in the house and the grounds. Cupboards for coats and spacious storage for luggage personal effects. Dining area: table to seat up to 6 plus 1 dressing-room 4m²storing space for two people and more.

What a Lovely apartment you have which really has a homey feeling. Thank you again Olivier for a lovely experience on the Cotes D'Azur. The weather was perfect, my Wife and I loved all the beaches in Antibes and Juan Les Pains and espeacially the real feeling of a holiday as everyone was so nice in the local area. The description couldn't have been closer to the truth and I would be happy to rent your Duplex again soon. King regards et au revoir! Matt

Credit cards accepted via Paypal. 30% Deposit on booking secures the reservation. Balance paid 6 weeks before arrival date. There is a refundable €900 security deposit against breakage payable on arrival. For payment details please contact owner. Cancellation policy: Deposit can be refunded within 10 weeks before arrival date with agreement between both parties. Payment within 6 weeks are not refundable. Guests are encouraged to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.

Changeover Day:
In High Season: Saturday to Saturday. The duplex is available from 4pm and check out is 10am. More flexibility out of high season. Please enquire at time of booking.

Notes on prices:
Any two weeks booking 10% discount + a case of wine.
Any three weeks booking 20%discount + two cases of wine.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
