We have just added some great upgrades for the 2016 Bookings! We have fantastic upgraded Bedroom Furniture in all bedrooms, New King Size Bed in Master with EXTRA deep memory foam mattress, New REMOTE control fans in each bedroom! Yes we have Air con in all bedrooms to! New outside Rattan Furniture, ideal for a glass of something out in the sunshine! We have also upgraded the Lounge! This now has a Stunning 55" LED TV, wall mounted and features Sky Box, Playstation 4 and we now offer FREE Fibre Broadband for Exclusive guest use only! Also New top of the range A/C in lounge together with new remote control ceiling fan. In the master bedroom we have installed a wall mounted 42" LCD TV and a Sony DVD player, this also has a English TV Sat Box! Contact us if you want to know what other upgrades are planned!

Having just completed on the purchase of unit 2 for the 2016 season, we have been delighted with our customers reaction and feedback, so we thought we'd add more upgrades for the summer season! Superb contemporary lounge furniture just installed together with new outside rattan cube furniture, new sun loungers for roof terrace installed leading from the roof top bedroom leading out to a superb roof terrace. Super fast fibre broadband now fitted for exclusive use of our guests. PlayStation 3 for use of guests together with English HD TV! Top of the range Panasonic air con in all bedrooms and lounge area (we have charged a reduced rental for unit 2, this is to allow our guests to purchase credit for air con use directly with the property manager who lives directly opposite, only the air con is on a pay as you go meter and cards are only 10 euro)
Unit 3: (Owners direct reference: 4024878)
Now ready for bookings! Having completed on this new house, we missed the summer 16 bookings, so now ready for booking from October 16! So contact us now for your summer 17 requirements! Unit 3 is exactly the same layout as Unit 1, all 3 units are within 10 meters of each other, so great for multiple family bookings! In unit 3 you have a large lounge/ diner with twin sofas and Samsung LCD TV with English satellite tv stations! The lounge and three bedrooms ( 1 double bedroom and 2 twin singles) all have remote control fans and also Air con. As in unit 2, the air con is on a separate meter, the cards are collected from our local property manager. During summer 16 unit 2 customers used on average 10-20 euros a week, they are the latest A+ energy units, so cheap to run! As with Unit 1, the second floor has the main double bedroom, plus the family bathroom and a twin bedroom, on the third floor we have the third twin bedroom with a super roof terrace equipped with sun loungers! You even get a sea view from the roof terrace and main bedroom terrace! Also included is fibre broadband which is free to use for our guests only!

Welcome to our fantastic place in the sun! These are our pride and joy, i hope looking at the photos you will get an idea of how we have cherished our houses and hope you enjoy a fantastic holiday and book a return visit! These are our homes and not a rental property investment! You can tell with the level of furniture and the luxuries offered on our villas! The Villas sleeps 6 with master bedroom with king sized beds The master (unit 1) also has large TV with English Satellite Set top box! Bedroom 2 is a twin and the third bedroom on the top floor is also a twin. Great roof terrace with sun loungers! We also have a small balcony off the master bedroom. 2 bathrooms, a shower room in ground floor bathroom and a full bathroom on the first floor, between bedrooms 1 and 2. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning! Also the downstairs lounge/dining area has air con too! We have also installed internet in the house! This means you have access to wifi which is free for our guests, no extra charges! The house is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic home from home holiday! We have (unit 1) a large 55" LED TV with English Sky Box downstairs, we also have a Playstation 4 and a Sony DVD player! The lounge has 2 Leather Sofas with Coffee table, if you like your music we have a Bose Sound dock (unit 1) to play your music through iPods and charges your iPhones! On the front terrace we have a retractable awning( unit1), this keeps you cool in the heat in summer, allowing outside dining for 6. The fully equipped kitchen even has a large capacity LG washer and a top of the range bean to cup coffee machine! As well as the normal Oven/ Hob and fridge freezer! The outside storage holds a selection of pool toys and the gas BBQ. The stunning communal pool over looks the med! Remember this is our community pool! You will have access to it, its funny to see some rental firms using picture of our pool on websites for houses nowhere near! Remember this house is Beachside Cabo Roig!, so you can walk to the local beaches in a few minutes, walk to the local restaurants, there is no need to hire a car as everything is within a short walk. We can arrange low cost airport transfers from Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante Airports. Our Villa sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, No sofabeds! The Villa has air con, awning, large TV and offers a great base for a real home from home holiday. Being only a 5 minute walk to the beach, a few seconds walk to the pool! You also have access through our secure gate community to the Cabo Roig Strip, This hosts a large selection of bars and restaurants catering for most tastes from Spanish Tapas, Steak Houses, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian etc, Also a selection of bars, both English, Irish and Spanish, catering for most sports you can imagine! Cabo Roig offers the ideal holiday destination, great weather, superb beaches with great beach bars, some fantastic sea walks, great Marinas to see the boats and offers a wide range of activities to keep the children entertained, lots of bars and restaurants cater for all budgets and age groups, local supermarket within a short walk to keep the fridge full of local produce and wine/ beer, a local market on a Thursday offers the best and freshest produce sourced locally. Cabo Roig offers a quiet holiday if you want, we are a small gated community, then a couple of minutes away you can find lively bars with music till late if thats what you want! Our villa offers many extras not found on normal rentals, we take great pride in our house, if you choose to book we appreciate you take great car of our home and enjoy its amenities. Our rental price includes the clean, we're flexible on dates and change over times if you have a late flight. The house has all linen, towels and an iron, ironing board, Hair dryer and even hair straighteners! Please feel free to use our items with care and look after our house as its cherished by us.
*Please note: The official check in time for your rental is from 3.00pm and check out time is 11.00am. We are very flexible on both check in and check out times if you have an early or late flight. We are more than happy for you to stay late or arrive early. It's only ever an issue on changeover days in summer holidays when we need 4 hours to clean and prepare house for next guests. Your co-operation on those dates is appreciated.

Lovely spacious home from home
Just as discribed on website, spacious town house with lots of luxuries, large HD TVs in sitting room kept the kids and husband happy whilst we got ready to go out! Air con and fans in all rooms defiantly made out stay better, couldn't have coped without them. Lovely pool area about 100metres from the house. Only down side was no inflatables or balls allowed in at any times, which is what the kids wanted to hear, or myself as I love to relax in the pool on a Lilo :( House is just couple of minutes walk from the strip with great choice of bars and restaurants. Loads of lovely places to visit near by so worth hiring a car in my opinion.
My wife and I booked this villa based on the pictures and description. This was our first time booking with Owners Direct and we found it very straight forward. The villa itself was excellent, we had full use of all of the facilities, although being so close to the strip we ate out every night. There was a good choice of restaurants and bars to choose from. There was a very nice and quiet pool area. If you want the beach there is a bit of a walk but it is along by the sea with very nice views. The owner Nick was very helpful and responded to my emails very promptly. We are already looking at dates for a return visit.
Nice Enough Place but in Need of Bit of Care & Repair!
We enjoyed our stay but felt the price was a bit high as it was not in tip top condition. Bonuses were it was south facing so nice sunny patio area. Beds and sofas were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Not far from lovely pool overlooking the sea although bit breezy. It is actually warmer down on the beach. You cannot use the beach directly adjacent, you would have to walk or drive to the bay of Cabo Roig.
Some of the downsides were: although kitchen had just about everything in it, l found it a bit muddlely and very little room to put your own stuff in. I'm sure every holidaymaker benefits from a microwave but there wasn't one here! Outside in the utility area it was quite difficult to get things to use out of storage box as doors were broken.
In the lounge the main light wasn't working so we had to make do with the floor lamp.
My biggest concern was that the balcony door on the first floor had some very nasty jagged edges on the outside where the vertical strengthening struts had been cut off & left raw - extremely dangerous for young children going in & out. Apparently caused by a break-in but door never repaired properly.
Although l was familiar with the area l still found it bit difficult to find so think a small map included on the web page would be helpful. Hope this is useful and hopefully encourages repairs to be made.
We love Cabo Roig too.
After 13 years of owning our 2 bedroom Casa in Cabo Roig, we sold it last year so we know the area very well and just had to come back again. Looking for rented accommodation was quite tricky as we knew if the descriptions were incorrect! Nick's description is 100%, maybe 10 mins to the sandy beach but perhaps that's because we are 70. The house has all the amenities that you need and more. Worth a mention, proper cutlery, nice glasses etc. Its the sort of place that you want to respect because it is nice. In the winter the 55" TV will be a great asset during those odd chilly days but in the summer you will at the beach till late then out for a meal down the strip which is just 2 mins across the road. There are a myriad of restaurants to suit all & very good value for money. Maybe the Italians a little more but check the menu outside before you go in. As Nick says, you will not need a car but if you want to explore the main town of Torrevieja there is a very cheap bus service from the strip. Worth the effort, not just along the front but the shops, church and market. Oh yes, don't forget to visit the recently built shopping center Zenia Boulevard about a mile away, its wonderful. Great fashion shopping & Primark all on the ground floor & wonderful restaurants on the first floor. Free underground parking! You will love the beaches all very sandy and shallow water for the children. Although we didn't use the pool, it looks nice and you have a view out to sea too! For those that like to stroll, either choose the beach to dip your toes or walkways either way along the coast, we really miss those days. During the winter months its just like owning your own beach, there's no-one around.
During our conversation with Nick upon our return, he tells me that there are even more upgrades in the pipe-line!!
I could go on about Cabo Roig for ever but will stop here. All I know is that you will enjoy your stay very much but please respect the sun so you don't ruin your holiday.
Wonderful home from home
This home is lovely! Everything you could possibly need and a friendly quiet community. You feel very safe as it's a gated community and Norman and Jan helped with any queries we had. So lovely to sit outside to eat with an awning if shade is needed. The pool is just around the corner and although they are pretty strict with things like inflatables, it was wonderfully relaxing and the children loved it.
The beach is literally a five min walk and is just glorious, clear water and beautiful sand. We loved that is was so shallow for quite a way out so was easy to keep an eye on the kiddies. We hired a pedalo with a slide attached which was great fun! Shops, cafes and restaurants are all couple of mins walk too so absolutely no need for a car.
Nick the owner was incredibly helpful and informative and so generous. He had all our transport to and from the airport arranged too! Highly recommended home that deserves the upmost of respect. Thank you Nick :)
