Bryanack is very close to the coastal paths, so leave your car behind and enjoy lovely coastal walks to the beaches of Porthtowan and Portreath. Trevaunance Cove is a 90-minute coastal walk and the unspoilt National Trust beach at Chapel Porth is just 1 mile away. St Agnes village has many small shops, inns and restaurants providing a very welcoming atmosphere. There is a bus service to local areas including the city of Truro, approximately 9 miles away, with its many facilities including a railway station. St Agnes is ideally placed for many visitor attractions including the famous Eden Project which is approx. 45 minutes drive. The bungalow is entered via a porch into the open plan living/dining area which is furnished to a high standard and includes TV, DVD player, CD/radio player and a log burning stove (logs are not provided although customers are welcome to buy their own to use the log burner). The lounge has windows to the front and side to maximize the views. The fitted kitchen is open to the fully equipped dining area enjoying fabulous views from the patio window over the Atlantic coastline or by walking through the sliding patio door leading onto a decked patio providing outside garden furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen is provided with a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hob and a microwave oven. There are three bedrooms: Master bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6" ) with a colour t.v and DVD player. This room has stunning views over open countryside. Two further bedrooms: two 3ft beds in each. The bungalow benefits from a bathroom and separate shower room both fitted to a high standard. The bathroom is fully tiled with a full size bath with an overhead shower, a washbasin, w.c and electric heated towel rail.
