Lovely Villa in quiet Cul-de-Sac situated very close to Binibeca Beach

Villa Lilla is a beautiful property, recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is surrounded by pretty gardens and four separate patio areas. The pool has its own bathing terrace with a smart new set of Rattan furniture under a pergola. The built in BBQ is situated on its own terrace, with stone table and chairs and this is conveniently adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. The Master bedroom on the upper floor has a large private terrace and the views from here are truly magnificent. Super fast WiFi and Air-con are included in the price.

Notes on accommodation: The villa and the garden are not all on one level and so whilst there is one bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor, this villa is not well suited to those with serious mobility problems or wheelchair users. Children are very welcome, but please note that the pool area is not gated. Outside: Large private pool with two sets of stainless steel ladders. Rectangular with one rounded end, it is approximately 10 meters by 5 meters. The garden has a variety of colourful mature shrubs including Hibiscus, Oleander and Bougainvillea. There are, also, three large palm trees giving a truly tropical feel to the atmosphere. Utility Room: The washing machine and the large fridge freezer are housed in the utility which is next to the kitchen and drying area with outside sink and shower facilities. There is also a steam iron and ironing board,supplied for your convenience. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen (including cot linen) is provided. Bathroom towels are provided, but we ask that you bring your own poolside and beach towels. Other: Separate Dining room with seating for ten and double sofa.

great villa with a wonderful view

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of june. The rooms are very big and nice and the 'playa' is at two minutes away . From every single spot of the house you can see the sea . The restaurants and the shops are very near, nevertheless, it is a very quiet and clean environment. Martin ( the specialist that helps to keep clean the house and the pool ) is very kind and productive. It was wonderful for me and my family. I will certinaty come back as soom as possible .monica Ricci

Lovely vacation, great villa with wonderful views and really close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The villa has just been completely refurbished and is gorgeous. Menorca has plenty to offfer for everyone's taste

we had a great holiday, Menorca is a fantastic island that offers plenty for all taste. This villa was better then our expectations. Generous size, very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants and very well kept, I actually think that most things were brand new. I would definitely recommend it

Location

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Binibeca beach is a large sandy beach backed by a wooded area. At each side there are rocks perfect for exploring. There is a lovely beach bar serving drinks and snacks. There are loos behind the beach. Loungers and parasols are available to hire on a daily basis.

Travel:

Mahon airport is about 15 to 20 minutes drive. The ferry Port in Mahon is about the same distance. Whilst car hire is not essential I always recommend having one as Menorca has so much to offer and it is easiest to see it all by car. Otherwise I can organize you a private transfer, right to the villa door, at very reasonable rates

Distances:

Binibeca Vell, the lovingly recreated historic fishing village, is only about fifteen minutes walk - Punta Prima is about five minutes drive much the same as San Lluis, the closest larger town. Mahon, the capital, is about fifteen minutes drive and Ciutadella on the West coast takes about 55 minutes. Son Parc golf course in the north takes about 35 minutes.

Further Details:

There are two small supermarkets close by and larger ones less than ten minutes away by car. There is an abundance of good restaurants all within 20 minutes walk of the villa, the closest being about four minutes walk.

Changeover day is Saturday. This is not negotiable during high season, but may be more flexible off season (April, early May, late September and October) subject to existing bookings.
We hold a £300 damage deposit (please note this will be cashed) and this is returned to you within 21 days of your holiday's end, provided there have been no breakages, loss or damage..

IMPORTANT – please do not take any notice of the Owners' Direct "Estimated Amount" - it is almost always incorrect. The price chart is correct; or check with me if you are unsure!
Prices, per week, are for the villa regardless of the number of visitors, unless otherwise stated (maximum - ten plus one baby in a cot). Bookings are for full weeks only, commencing Saturdays. Off season this may be more flexible, but always for a minimum of 7 days.
Please DO NOT buy your flights on the strength of apparent availability - it only takes a minute for a booking to be made - Always check with me, personally, before arranging flights, taxis and dog sitters!

On booking; a 25% deposit is required. Balance and damage deposit are due not less than eight weeks before your holiday. Payment can be made (free) by cheque or Direct bank transfer, or by debit card (1% surcharge) or Credit card (2% surcharge) When making transfer payments from overseas banks, please note that all fees and charges must be paid at your end. No payments taken through OD site.
