Top Class Apartment

This is our second stay at this fabulous apartment. It is located within easy walking distance of the Marina, Town, the stunning Meia Praia beach, and a large supermarket catering for all your needs. The apartment is very well equipped and large. It gas a very large balcony, housing a dining table and chairs, and 2 very comfortable sunbeds, getting the sun from early morning until after lunch. There is a private pool, which is not crowded, with plenty of sunbeds, inside the highly secure and gated complex. There is a very good wifi connection in the apartment, which enables a full internet based television system, offering a full Sky and BT Sports package. All kitchen appliances are state of the art. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the 2 sofas in the lounge. The owner takes pride in ensuring the best for her guests and her agent, Adrian and Tracey, from Algarve Estates Management, are excellent and welcoming. If you don't stay in this apartment, when the opportunity arises, then you are missing a gem. We'll certainly be back and can't wait. Dave and Ros from Bolton.

The apartment is located a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach. From the waterfront you can enjoy many day trips and activities including dolphin safaris, diving, para gliding and boat trips to the grottos. Algarve Estate Management will be happy to arrange these on your behalf, should you wish.

Travel:

The complex is located 77km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approximately 45 minutes and a taxi will cost in the region. For parties larger than four people, alternative travel arrangements can be made easily. Please ask for details when making a booking.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is bright, cool and airy. This very well appointed property offers accommodation rarely found at this price level. Representatives from Algarve Estate Management will greet you on your arrival and are contactable throughout your stay should you require any assistance. Inside the apartment you will find a welcome folder and other useful information. Please feel free to add your own tips and recommendations. The apartment is fitted with video entry phone and front door viewer for your convenience. The Marina complex provide 24 hour security. Airport transfers, and car hire can be arranged, please ask for details. Outside: The lounge opens onto a large balcony which overlooks the, Gardens. There is a dining table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. The apartment and balcony get the sun from the morning, making it ideal for private bathing on two very comfortable sunbeds. There is a pool and a children’s pool as well as beautifully maintained garden areas. This is free exclusively to the residents of the gated condominium area called 'a fabrica'. This condominium is one of only two complexes of apartments in the Marina which has its own private communal pools. By the pools sun loungers + table/chairs are provided free of charge. Also on the Marina complex there is a children’s play area with swings, slide etc. and bumper cars and boats.
