Apartment Biollet, offered by Alps Accommodation Samoens, is a 54m2 luxury 2 bedroom apartment with private Jacuzzi and garden. The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people in comfort and is located in a prestigious development in Samoens, situated in an enviable elevated south facing position. The historic village of Samoens with its' numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is just a 12 minute walk away. Apartment Biollet offers spectacular views in a very peaceful location, ideal for holidays during the summer and winter time. In winter there is a ski bus stop about 8 minutes walk away or the main telecabine, the Grand Massif Express is 2 minutes by car. Our recommended ski hire shop has heated ski lockers so you can leave your skis on the piste over night and free parking. The apartment has a private lockable underground garage for equipment and cars, with boot warmers. Guests can enjoy the use of a private hot tub in both winter and summer.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Chalet Biollet and we have loved both holidays. The chalet is so well equipped, like home from home! The views are to die for and Samoens and the surrounding area is so pretty. Thank you Gaelle and Graham for looking after us during our stay, we will definitely be back to ski the Grand Massif again (hopefully when it snows more!) Happy New Year!

In summer there is a sandy beach at a beautiful mountain lake, 4-5km from the apartment which is life guarded during the children's holidays.

Travel:

1 hour from Geneva airport. 8 hrs drive from Calais. Airport transfers can be provided. Ample parking.

12 minutes walk to village, 2mins drive.

Further Details:

The Grand Massif Express lift is now open in summer as well as winter. This is fantastic news for walkers, bikers, paragliders and sports enthusiasts alike. Winter facts….The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France and has one of the lowest lift to beds ratios…so much smaller queues than other well know resorts. Samoens now has a high speed lift from 1600m up to 2500m…this means less queuing, less time on the lifts and more skiing! There are also some fantastic alternative activities on offer in the winter, so if you are a non skier there are plenty of other exciting things to take part in, why not try our snow shoeing trip for example...a fantastic experience after which you can enjoy a delicious Savoyard meal in a Yurt on the side of the mountain! Or hire a local igloo builder to entertain the kids for the afternoon! There has never been a better time to holiday in the Samoens area, with an abundance of activities to choose from, breathtaking scenery to enjoy, a delightful village to explore and friendly locals to meet.
