The apartment is fitted out to cater for your comfort and all your needs. Set in a quiet part of the complex, chill out on the sunny and private balcony , or relax later in the day and watch the sun set behind the mountains. The pent roof in the apartment gives a feeling of space. Take a swim in the lagoon style pool, have a jacuzzi and then relax on a sun bed or have a bite to eat in the poolside restaurant which serves good food and has a BBQ one a week. Feeling in need of exercise? Play pool or table tennis, and for the children there is a play area. The beach and the Marina are a few minutes walk away. A local market is held in the square behind the complex on a Friday morning.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable and had lovely views over the golf courses and sea. The kitchen was very well supplied. The bedroom has lots of wardrobe space. The complex is very well maintained, secure and very convenient to the local shops and some lovely walks. The owner of the apartment, Pat is efficient and friendly to deal with. You will get all the information required from her, promptly and clearly laid out. We are happy to recommend this apartment to anybody. 03.12.2012.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and once again we had a relaxing and very enjoyable time. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and has all the mod cons. The complex is beautifully kept, is extremely safe and very quiet. Being 10 minutes away from the airport it's location is ideal.

This was a great base for us and exploring other parts of Tenerife was easy. All in all it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We look forward to our 3rd visit soon. Oct 2011

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Apartment was in a quiet location in the complex with good views of the golf courses mountains and sea. Lovely clean and well equipped apartment, we made good use of the balcony from breakfast time right through to enjoying lovely sunsets. Our first time in Golf del Sur plenty of restaurants to choose from and lovely coastal walks. Pat was very helpful with great instructions and lots of useful information. Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely quiet location, highly recommended

Communication with Pat was brilliant from the outset. The apartment was exactly as described. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a self catering stay. Location is lovely and quiet. We enjoyed stunning sunsets from the balcony. Services on site are excellent including a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, a pool bar (affordable), table tennis, nicely looked after gardens, launderette, free WIFI in reception area, free parking next door to name just a few highlights. Nearby restaurants are excellent. The local market on the Friday 9-1 was good (cheap handbags, sunglasses, leather belts, beach clothes etc). We don't play golf, but the local course is stunning to look at. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. Do explore the whole site early on your holiday as you can find shortcuts to the restaurants if you exit from the pool area, rather than from reception. (There is a fly screen on the patio door, so you can keep the bugs out whilst enjoying the breeze at night. We only found it on day 3!). Thanks Pat, we hope to return next year (we've started saving!).

pat was extremely helpful, it was our first time booking independently and found the process simple when dealing with pat

the apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly described in a quiet part of the complex, although the whole complex is quiet and mainly timeshare and apartment owners who are staying there and respectful to the complex

the staff are all very helpful and pleasent, and overall would not hesitate to return here

Another great stay. Everything was as we remember it, allowing us to unwind as soon as we stepped through the front door. We actually ate in more than we did out this time, making full use of the balcony and the fantastic sunsets!!! Thanks Pat

We had a 2 week break in this apartment . Everything we needed was there and we found the facilities to be ideal for our needs with a lovely West facing balcony as a bonus.The owner was most helpful and courteous . The apartment was in a quiet area but easy to get to with lift access , and we would stay there again .

pleased with location/cleanliness

We had a very pleasant three week holiday in Pats apartment. Lovely views from the sunny balcony. Good facilities on site, lovely pool area and restaurant. We hope to return next year as not only did we enjoy the apartment, Pat is a very helpful and pleasant owner. The apartment is fully equipped for eating in, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby should you wish to eat out, we did both and had a lovely time.

Location

From the Owner

The complex is well maintained and safe. As the name suggests golf courses surround the area, which makes for a very green and tranquil setting. The area is suitable for a relaxing holiday where you can sit and while away the time or get out and about and explore the Island. If you fancy a sporty holiday there are facilities for Golf, scuba diving, sea fishing and wind surfing nearby. The new Marina is only a short walk away. You can sit and have a bite to eat or drink at the bar and watch the boats and the ocean, or you can take a trip under the water on the Yellow Submarine to see the marine life.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a 300m walk away and is black sand. The golden sandy beaches are a little way along the coast at Los Cristianos, Las Americas El Medano. Take the local slow bus from just outside the complex to view all the resorts on route or take the fast bus which goes down the motorway and will get you there much quicker.

Travel:

Fly to Tenerife South airport. The journey from the airport will take 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of Taxis at the airport if you don't want to hire a car.

Distances:

Los Cristianos about 20 km.

Las Americas 25km It is about an hours drive to the capital Santa Cruz.

Further Details:

Plenty of shops local to the complex. Take a bus ride to the large supermarkets at Las Chafiras, a 5 minute ride located near the motorway. There are plenty of restaurants close to the complex and in San Blas square, a 10 minute walk away.

There are banks and a church located in the square. The medical centre is located a short walk away. Bus stops and Taxi ranks are situated close by.

You could take a boat trip from Los Cristianos to see the dolphins, or the ferry to La Gomera. Take the cable car up to see Mount Teide (12400ft). Visit the water park or take a tour up to the capital Santa Cruz. Take a trip underwater on the Yellow Submarine and see the marine life, from the Marina. There are organized tours to the Medieval Night.

Outside: The complex has stunning well maintained tropical gardens. There is a large lagoon style heated pool with a small area for children. A lifeguard is in attendance. Sun beds and umbrellas round the pool are free of charge. A BBQ is held once a week on the terrace overlooking the pool. The restaurant by the side of the pool serves a good selection of meals throughout the day. There are 2 hot tubs by the side of the pool. There is a launderette on site. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels. These are changed once a week. The property is cleaned before you arrive. If you wish to have it cleaned while you are there it can be arranged at an extra cost. A welcome water and milk are provided Other: The large balcony has table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
