Villa in Torrevieja, -Very Peaceful Location And Only 20 Minutes Walk To Some Lovely Beaches And 2 Minutes To The Pool

This villa is 2 mins walk to the local supermarket. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking facilities just outside. The solarium is in full sun all day long but still is private. The "winter garden" is perfect to have breakfast in without being sat outside. A good location for summer and winter lets. The air con is "pay as you go" and 1 euro will last about 4-5 hours. Turn it off and it stops the money running until you turn it on again. So you don't "loose" your credit that is still on the meter.There is also a small management fee of €60, this covers the cost of cleaning and all laundry as you leave to go home.

The cliff top walks are truly magnificent and the views are breath taking. Villa Martin is only 20 mins drive away. A nice place to go for a meal, or to sit with a coffee and do some "people watching" Torrevieja is a good place to wander round, along past the Marina and through the craft market which is open every day.Again a good place to do some people watching or just sit and watch the world go by. Walk out along the harbour wall, its a good walk on a hot day as the sea breezes help to keep you cool.

I live in the U K and am a "nana" to 3 grand children.

I take great pride in renting the villa out as I like to think I am helping to make clients holidays "great" I like to think my villa is home from home, with most home comforts you would want when away on holiday. I love to get feed back good or bad, as I try very hard to have "good standards" and this helps me considerably. I try very hard to accommodate peoples' travel arrangements particularly when leaving to go home. , so that they can stay at the villa until flight times. Obviously there will always be an exception. But I try to avoid this if at all possible.

We bought the villa because of the location. How quiet it is, but not far to bars and restaurants. Just a little way from the maddening crowds. Good beaches 2 of which are blue flag. 1 of these you can walk to in approx. 20 minutes

The quiet area and the full roof solarium if that is what you like, and nicely furnished accomadation in short home from home A short car journey and you are into rural Spain and nature walks

  • Bathroom is fully tiled with white suit, bath, toilet and wash basin. The shower is over the bath. there is also a large bathroom mirror with twin lights on it over the washbasin.. There is also a plug which is very handy for a hair dryer etc.

Notes on accommodation: I ask that you don't smoke inside the villa. Also I don't welcome pets sorry !!! There is a breakage/damage fee of €60 or £50.00 sterling.(both must be in cash) This is refunded at the end of your holiday providing the villa is "reasonably clean" and doesn't require a "deep clean" If this is the case then the breakage deposit is with held to pay for the extra cleaning. Outside: Outside there is garden to 3 sides of the villa. Although they are small. On the solarium there is patio furniture, eg: table, 4 chairs is also available and a sun umbrella and 4 sun loungers. There is also a small portable B.B.Q Utility Room: In the galleria there is the washing machine, and a wall rail to dry washing overnight. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bed linen are provided. The only towels I ask you to take are beach towels. The villa is cleaned for your arrival and if you are staying more than a week then you will be given extra towels and bed linen. Other: The "winter garden" as it is called is a glassed in area where you can sit and read or have breakfast, or do what ever takes your fancy.

furniture needs upgrading, very dated and pretty uncomfortable, transport failed to arrive on pick up due to misunderstanding and had to get a taxi to villa after 3 hours contacting homeowners direct to get owner mobile number, great sunroof and close to a good supermarket and short walk to bars, need plenty of 1 euro coins for air con as it does not last long, we still had a great holiday but don't expect too much, you get what you pay for

Owner's Response: Clients failed to open attachment with telephone number of management lady I had sent them about 1 week before they went away. hence no contact numbers. I personally paid for the taxi back to,the airport, so clients sdidn't have to,pay for the return.(1) Air con, it says in advert that it is pay as you go..( 2) Cannot understand " not comfortable" this is unfair, never had this remark said before, but will look at it carefully when I go next month(.3) price paid, I feel offers good value for money. It is not 4star, and has never claimed it to be this.I feel it represents good value for money.

Lovely quiet residential area

Homely accomodation in a lovely quiet residential area. Everything I needed for my weeks stay. Beautiful communal pool area with well tended gardens. Situated 2 minutes from a very well equipped supermarket and a further 2 minutes to some local bars and restaurants. Would recommend Beach Le Capitaine near Cabo Roig. Must eats, The Nautilus on the seafront and Edoardo's at Villa Martin.

Car hire recommended for beaches in hight of summer as very hot to walk to, with a slight incline all the way back.

Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I felt the pillow, sheets and towels could do with 'upgrading'.

lovely villa

we have just returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful villa and did not want to leave A big thankyou to Jan the owner and also Eddie who picked us up from airport and also Sally who cleaned the villa Lovely people! This villa was well worth the money so peaceful neighbours so friendly Supermarket 2 minute walk Restaurants and pubs 10 minute walk although we tended to stay in and chill most of the time and just chilled on the sunroof We did walk down to punta prima marina to the the Captains Table and Chinese Buffet it was well worth the walk!!Thanks again Jan for a lovely time in your lovely villa We will definitely be back

Car: recommended


It would take 20-25mins steady walk to the beaches at Punta Prima.


The area is served by 2 airports, Mercia and Alicante. Mercia is only 25 minutes by car and Alicante is 45-50 minutes drive. A hire car isn't essential but is useful to get to the beach and see surrounding sites such as Mercia and Cartengena and other beaches in the area


The town of Torrevieja is approx. 4 kilometres away. The salt lakes are about 5 kilometres away and a good spot to see flamingos etc.

Booking Notes:
When booking the villa I require 25% deposit and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. When you arrive at the villa you would be expected to pay the management lady €50 (€70 if the rental is 3 weeks or more)cleaning and laundry fee plus the breakage deposit of €60 or £50 sterling refundable when you leave if there is no damage and the villa is reasonably clean.

Changeover Day:
My changeover day is flexible and arrivals and departures are flexible as well.If your flight home is late in the day then as long as no one follows you straight in you would be able to stay in the villa until your flight time.


Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
