This charming house for 8 people, bright and spacious is located in one of the best areas of the island, in the elegant residential area of ​​Can Furnet near Ibiza town and not far from the fabulous beaches of Las Salinas , Es Cavallet and Talamanca.

The house has 4 levels and is situated on a hill with large windows and beautiful views of the city of Ibiza. The decor is modern and comfortable.

The main level consists of a kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious living room with satellite TV and Wi – fi. The living room leads to a spacious terrace .

The terrace has a spiral staircase leading to the upper level .

Upstairs: master bedroom with double bed , bathroom with shower and terrace with views.

Ground floor: two bedrooms with double beds , one with en suite bathroom with shower and the other with a bathroom down the hall . There is access to the pool area from this level.

Lower level: there is a separate bungalow with double bed with bathroom with shower.

The spacious roofed barbecue next to the pool has a fridge, dining table with chairs and hammocks to relax and enjoy the tranquility .

Island House is equipped with air conditioning ( room only ) and no heating and satellite TV + DVD in the living room and three bedrooms.

This home should be considered for families and youth groups who want to pamper themselves and enjoy the island .

Important: The upper floor is connected with the lower floor by exterior stairs. No internal connection
