This pretty property is set on the edge of a tiny hamlet of farmhouses, with views across open countryside. It is about 5 kms from the hilltop village of Roquecor. The accommodation consists of a Dining/ sitting room with a fireplace and with doors opening out to a pretty terrace. In the sitting area there is comfortable seating, a TV for playing Videos and a CD player. The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster and a kettle. There is also a WC. Upstairs, Bedroom(1) with a double bed, Bedroom (2) with twin beds and Bedroom (3) with double bed. There is a Bathroom with a bath, and hand basin. There is a shower room with shower and hand basin and a separate WC. Linen is for hire. The gardens are planted with pretty plants, fish ponds and there are large flat grassed area's for room for ball games. There is a pergola and also a small terrace area by the pool. The 11m x 5 swimming pool, has roman steps.
