It is subtly disabled friendly with private parking and a private back garden BBQ area. The property is South facing and benefits from the sunshine all day. The bungalow is fully equipped with all the creature comforts you would expect from home. It has a large open plan layout and sleeps four comfortably. It is a 15 minute walk to the village of Jeffreyston. It is approximately two miles from Kilgetty and approximately five miles from Tenby and Saundersfoot.

I moved to pembrokeshire with my late husband 10 years ago, we bought and renovated the property and it was our home until four years ago.
I loved the relaxed atmosphere and stunning surroundings of Pembrokeshire and felt at home here. The beaches, walks and friendly local area provide a stunning backdrop to my many happy memories of Pembrokeshire.

Set in a quiet location with easy access to the A40 and A477. Centrally located for major tourist attraction such as folly farm, Oakwood park, carew castle and tenby, amongst many others.
The property is subtly disabled friendly with easy access throughout. Private back garden and BBQ area that is a safe haven for children whilst overlooking stunning countryside. Private parking.
The property is south facing and benefits from being a beautiful sun trap, I can't guarantee the sun though! :-)

We live about 20 miles from here and just wanted a quiet weekend get away not too far from our family commitments. We had seen the pictures and thought it would be nice but were really pleasantly surprised at what the cottage had to offer. We loved the wet room; I have mobility issues and this was perfect for me. The owners were even able to recommend good restaurants in the area. Thank you.
Perfect place to recharge the batteries!
Spent a weekend here with my wife and our 2 young children, it turned out to be the perfect place to recharge the batteries! In a nice and quiet setting, the cottage is incredibly homely, very easy to unwind. The grounds have ample room for the children to tire themselves out too!
The location is excellent with places like Tenby and Saundersfoot not too far away and Folly Farm, which is an excellent day out for all the family only 5 minutes away. There's a great (quite busy too) Sunday market/weekly car boot sale in Carew too which is just down the road.
We contacted the owner during our stay to ask a question and found her very friendly, approachable and helpful.
Would highly recommend this place to all, although it was not needed for us it's clear to see the cottage is 'wheelchair friendly' and also has a wet room. Nice to see this cottage caters for everybody!
After a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend we have already booked to come back at the end of the summer.
fantastic period property
Really enjoyed our stay here. All the home comforts of our own home, it was clean and well maintained. Perfect location for everything really we found we were no more than 20 minutes away from anywhere. We visited folly farm, dinosaur land, tenby, Saundersfoot, castles. The view from the back of the property is beautiful, and heard nothing from the neighbours or the b&b. Also for any bird watchers there were some amazing birds around even seeing a woodpecker land on the bird feeder. All in all would totally recommend 5* from us :-)

Activity and Interests
Located approximately five miles from Tenby and Saundersfoot, approximately four miles from Wiseman Bridge and Amroth
Approximately 25 minute from the towns Carmarthen and Haverfordwest, approximately 20 minutes to Pembroke Dock and 60 minutes to Fishfuard. Approximately 45 minutes to the M4 motorway.
All of the above are driving and use of a car is essential
Located within easy driving access of Folly Farm, Bluestone, Heatherton, Oakwood Park, Carew and Pembroke Castles.
Locally there are several nature walks and the village of Jeffreyston is a 15 minute walk with a local pub to quench your thirst.
Kilgetty village is approximately two miles driving and has a pharmacy, supermarket and post office.
The walled town of Tenby is approximately five mikes driving complete with small shops, pubs and restaurants
Kilgetty- Supermarket, cash point, chemist, post office, chip shop and take away, train station
Tenby- Supermarket, cash machine, banks, pubs, restaurants, tourist information, fishing trips, gift shops, doctors surgery, cottage hospital

All bookings require a signed contract and 25% non refundable deposit. Holidays must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the stay.
Holidays booked within 8 weeks if arrival must be paid in full. Holidays cancelled following full payment can only be refunded if the dates are re-booked by another party.
During peak season the property is available Saturday to Saturday only.
Minimum 3 night stay for all other dates
The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival
Notes on prices:
Three night stays are 50% of the full cost of a seven day stay, additional nights are charged at one seventh of the weekly night per night. E.g. £300 per week stay would be £150 for 3 nights and £42.00 per additional night.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non refundable
All holidays must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival
All holidays are subject to a signed contract and £100 breakage bond refunded at the end of your stay following inspection of the property
