Amazing space (sleeps 6) full of natural light with a large south facing private terrace. Situated on the Hill of Windmills only 300m to Dalt Villa and all that is offered within the heart of Ibiza Town. Squares Plaza del Parque and Vara del Rey sit by the castle walls with Cafe/Bars, Restaurants and shops where you can eat drink and watch the crazy world of Ibiza walk by. Beaches are only a short walk away from the apartment .There is a pebbly rocky beach behind Dalt Villa which popular with locals, there are several along the coastal path and follow the boardwalk around to the longest beach stretch on the island Playa den Bossa Beach. At the Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo end of Ibiza Town there is a great beach Talamanca a short taxi ride away. Selinas Beach (one not to miss) close to the Airport is one of the best beaches on the island. It has bars restaurants Sa Trinxa to the left side Jockey Club and many more and the sunworshippers dance to the DJs playing music on Selinas all day. The Port of Ibiza in the Town in a ten minute stroll away where you can get the fast ferry to Formentera. The beach directly below the apartment has a tiny boat which also goes to Formentera to see crystal turquoise sea like the Caribbean Nightclubs Pacha and Boom are close by in Ibiza Town. Space and Ushiuaia in Playa den Bossa are only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Clubs DC10, Amnesia, Privilege and Underground are also a short taxi or bus ride away.

We purchased the apartment in 2003 after living running a business in many different parts of the island, San Antonio, Port des Torrent, San Juan and Dalt Villa. The South facing terrace has sun from the early morning when rising to the left by Dalt Villa to setting at the right in the Selinas area. It is a hidden gem of an area at the side of the historical Dalt Villa it is quiet with a sea breeze and such easy walkable access to the centre of Ibiza town. The area is not busy with cars apart from residents due to its one way road system. The Block consists of three floors with 9 apartments and residents live and work in Ibiza. on either side of the apartment block are large private villas.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Ibiza airport is a ten minute taxi ride away. Booking a hire car is recommended to see the beauty of this magical island. It is often cheaper and much more convenient than waiting in a taxi queue at the airport.

A damage security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival to be given in cash to the Keyholder, to be returned after inspection on your departure.

There is an additional cost of 40€ to cover cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged please consult the Keyholder.

There is a Historical Windmill at the front of the property which is lit up at night, opposite the Observatory on the road down into Ibiza town. Opposite the Puig des Molins conservation area featuring excavation sites. Views of Castle walls Dalt Villa at the front of the property. It has great ease of access and even though so close to the centre of Ibiza Town has total remoteness from the crowds. The written pack provided on payment is designed to help you find well known places and includes some locations which you will not find in guidebooks. After living on the island for many years we have included some little gems some of our favourite spots.
