Home from home holiday house, suitable for families or friends to get away together. sky tv throughout the house and wifi. Very modern throughout with a few home comforts . DVD'S and children's toys at the house. And large garden area that backs onto a local park with access from the garden gate. Off road parking . Close to local train station if you don't wish to bring a car. Beaches are sandy and very clean.

Beautiful house, lovely owner

This house is absolutely lovely, the photos do not do it justice. I went with a group of friends, and it worked wonderfully for us, but would also work fantastically for a family given all the toys available for children.

It is very close to a huge morrisons, 5 minutes from the beach and quite close to the zoo (which is also really good).

The owner was also incredibly kind and helpful, I booked two weeks before arriving and he was very quick in replying and giving me information.

This house is wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic accommodation. First Class throughout. Could want for nothing and an ideal place to explore the island. Wonderful bedrooms with south facing rear patio, gaining sun all day long. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of cookware to cater for 6 guests (& more!).

Excellent Value.

perfect place to stay , as we are so close to the seaside


Superbly situated near the waters of Sandown Bay, the twin resorts of Sandown and Shanklin have delighted generations of holiday-makers for over 150 years. Along Culver Parade you'll find tennis, bowls, GoKarting, crazy golf, a pitch and putt course, the Tiger Sanctuary and Dinosaur Isle Museum. At the southern end of town the Heights Health and Leisure Base has indoor swimming pools and further inland is a fine 18 hole golf course. These are just 2 minutes walk from our holiday home !


car ferry ports are 30 minutes away from us. And the train that links to the passenger ferry is only 5 minutes walk from our front door. Waterloo trains link to the passenger ferries, making our home easy to get to with about just over 2 hours journey door to door.


5 minutes to lake/ sandown beaches.

2 minutes to local shops and takeways.

sandown zoo is also 5 minutes drive away

20% deposit is taken at the time of booking the house . A booking form will be sent to you to fill in .The remaining rental cost will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

A security deposit of £250 will be taken and returned to you 14 days after your departure once the house is checked for breakages/damages.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
