A charming village house, comprising one double bedroom and one twin room, in the beautiful Provençal hill top village of Mougins over looking the Bay of Cannes and the hills of Grasse. With living area/dining, kitchen, outdoor dining terrace, TV and all mod cons, you will have everything you need for a wonderful stay in an authentic setting on the Cote d'Azur. An ideal base for your holiday in the South of France, within easy reach of the coast, beaches, Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, Italy....... or just relaxing on the terrace, with a dreamy view of the Cote d'Azur and a glass of Rose......The village is pedestrianised with lots of restaurants and art galleries just a stones throw away, yet the house is peacefully located. It has secure parking at the entrance of the village and the house is within walking distance.

This property is a perfect romantic getaway, dining is seconds away(so no evening driving) and Cannes beaches just 6 kms away to lie by the sea, to top up the tan and indulge in a delicious lunch.

Mougins has a Provençal atmosphere with narrow pedestrianised bougainvillea filled streets yet it has a romantic, casual glamour. For couples who want a secret getaway, with all the abundance of the South of France, embracing the decadence of Cannes or through to a bohemian trip to St.Tropez this is for you! It has highly rated restaurants so no evening driving. Art galleries and arty shops are in the village for you to browse. Artists flock here to paint because of the amazing light and sunshine. There are plenty of places for coffee and pain au chocolat with a local Tabac and boulangerie for your basics. It is heavenly just sitting on the terrace, sipping chilled wine, taking in the view, reading a book and enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun.

There are many top golf courses nearby including the Royal Mougins Golf Course. The location is ideal for making day trips to the perfume capital, Grasse and Cannes, home of the famous film festival held every year in May. As well, the local villages of Biot (glassblowing), Cap d'Antibes (museum and yachts), St. Tropez (the rich and famous), Nice (old town and Promenade des Anglais) with Eze and Monaco nearby. A day or weekend skiing is possible in Auron or Isola 2000 (1.5 hour drive). There is easy access to the hills for beautiful walks which are at their most magnificent in the Spring with the wild flowers and butterflies.

The airport is only 25mins away.

What a lovely find!

Jaci's lovely home is perfect for a stress free relaxing holiday in a

great location surrounded by art galleries and restaurants.

The house is beautiful with beautiful views from the terrace, the house has everything needed and so much more, the feeling when we walked in was delight you feel the love and warmth of Jaci's home a perfect start to our holiday.

The house has lots of stairs but they are not a problem as without the stairs you would not terrace and the views.

We did not want to leave the village but most of all we did not want to

leave the house and have booked to return next year.

Little gem situated in my favourite village

We've been going to Mougins for a few years now staying at a friend's house; this year we decided to explore other properties and chanced upon Jaci's lovely home right in the centre of old Mougins. As most reviewers have said Jaci's place is truly lovely, beautifully decorated with a stunning roof terrace. Jaci was super helpful and answered essential questions about beach towels and hairdryers! Highly recommend this property especially for couples. Thanks Jaci! Mike & Debs

Beautiful place, amazing view, lovely town

What a gem! Jaci's place is beautifully decorated and completely charming. And the town of Mougins is a wonderful spot to be - away from the crowds and traffic but with plenty to do and see. It was easy to find and everything was ready for our arrival.

Perhaps others have mentioned, but worth noting that the flat has lots of stairs - making for a great view from the terrace and a bit of a workout going up and down.

A beautiful house in a stunning village.

A really atmospheric location. This really was a perfect place for us. We loved the character of the narrow street that this house is nestled in. The neighbours were really friendly and added a feel of the real Mougins to our stay. We had everything we needed and the added bonus of the roof terrace was perfect.

Would really reccommend a car or a scooter. The walk down and back up the hill was a bit of a trek to get provisions. Also was great to explore the local area. Plenty of local restaurants to eat in particularly Au Rendes-Vous de Mougins and Rest des Arts. Had a perfect week, only wish we could have stayed for longer!

What a view

We arrived following a long train journey fro Italy and were hoping that the house was everything that had been described - we were not disappointed. it is a beautiful home in an amazing village with loads of excellent restaurants.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable too. The view from the top terrace was absolutely stunning and fantastic to sit out for meals and just enjoying the sun. Lots of stairs to get up there but you won't be disappointed. The house had everything you could want and we even got to visit the Food festival. Good position for visiting other perched villages and the famous coastal towns. loved it
