Modern, clean, well-equipped apartment in a quiet location in the centre of town, providing all that you need for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Sandy beach, the old town, shops, restaurants and all other facilities are all just a few minutes away. Sleeps 4: 2 in the king size bed in the bedroom, and 2 in a double sofa bed in the living room. Cleaning, towels and bedlinen are all included in the price. You will be met by a very friendly English-speaking woman who is available throughout your holiday if needed. Superb base for exploring the region, with local and regional buses all stopping just nearby, and both the beach and the railway station only a 7-8 minutes walk away.

Why Nicholas chose Cannes - Grasse - Antibes

I bought this apartment as our holiday home, and rent it out to cover my costs. I love this area, not just for the weather, but also as it is a wonderful location for both the sea and the mountains. Antibes is smaller and friendlier than the big towns of Nice and Cannes which are nearby, and everything is within easy walking distance. Antibes is also a great location for exploring the local region, with all its lovely villages.

What makes this apartment unique

This flat is in the best possible location, with everything nearby: shops, restaurants, beaches, the old town, the tourist information office, the bus stops, the railway station, Juan Les Pins, the library offering free WiFi ... you name it and it's nearby!

The flat is modern, well-equipped, with air-conditioning in the summer (you need it!) and heating in the winter. It has a lift (many old places don't) and secure underground parking. Basically, it's got the lot!

I thought the flat was very good. I particularly liked the location as the town centres of both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins were within walking distance and it was near a supermarket and other shops. I will certainly consider using it again.

English-speaking agent on hand. Smoking permitted on balcony. Outside: Balcony overlooking internal garden/courtyard. South-facing, so gets the sun in the middle of the day. Table and chairs for al fresco dining, and recliners for relaxing. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning included in the price. Towels and bedlinen are supplied and included in the price. For guests staying for two weeks there is a changeover half-way through the holiday.

Had a great winter break here. The owner and his local agent were both very helpful and friendly and all the booking and check in arrangements went smoothly. The flat was exactly as described, very well equipped, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect and we had a great holiday and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. In fact, we will probably come back again!
