This south facing spacious villa is a real gem which sits in a quiet and secluded cul de sac within a 10 minute walk from the popular beach resort Canet Plage The wide blue flag sandy beach provides safe swimming for children. Vast promenade with numerous restaurants and shops free entertainment provided on the grand escape in high season. The villa comprises of 4 double size bedrooms. The two downstairs bedrooms benefits from an adjoining wet room. The two large upstairs bedrooms also benefits from a large traditional bathroom with bath and shower. One of the bedrooms has a patio door which leads on to a small balcony looking over the front of the property. With this in mind two families are able to occupy the property. The large open plan lounge, dining room both having patio doors opening onto the large patio and pool area the pool being 8.5metre by 4.5metre the well equipped kitchen also has patio doors leading to covered outside area for outside dining . Large secure off road parking area to the side of the property.

fantastic holiday house

As predicted we did return this year for another 2 week stay. Again the owners were so good making our stay perfect once again. A welcome bottle of wine when we arrived was perfect start to our holiday. The house was clean and well maintained and facilities suited us perfectly and the added benefit of having wifi. Perfect layout of 2 doubles and 2 twin bedrooms. It suited us perfectly a family with kids aged 25,22 and 17 and my 86 year old mum. I would definitely recommend this property.

A wonderful property with owners who can't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean & comfortable. A perfect location to accommodate everyones preferences - town / beach / poolside / day trips. Supermarket, bars, restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. Suitable for all ages and all parties. A return visit is without question.

Fantastic Seaside Holiday Home

A Lovely villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa is very well looked after and spotless. Very comfortable beds with plenty of sheets and towels provided. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival which was much appreciated. Brilliant location just a 10 minute walk to the shops and the beach/restaurants. You dont even really need a car because there are plenty of shops, banks, doctors, chemists etc all within easy walking distance. The bus stops at the end of the road to Perpignan which is a lovely place. Plenty of things going on in the evenings on the beach especially enjoyed the fireworks. The road train that goes all round Canet is worth going on for the hour you get to see so much. The owner provided excellent customer service. It was one of the best holidays we have had in France and we have been going for about 14 years. The house suited all of us which was 2 adults, 3 children ages 16, 21 and 24 and my mum of 85. It was a perfect holiday we stayed for 2 weeks but it went so quickly it felt like it was only a week. I would definately recommend this property it was a brilliant find and we may even be back next year.
