Beautiful, very well equipped, home from home

  • 5 of 5

Big Pol is beautiful, very well decorated and maintained 3 storey cottage. It has all the 'mod cons' that you could want.

Ideal location with stunning views from all windows , nice size garden looking out over the fields to sea.

Feels very homely and welcoming. A generous welcome parcel was left by the owners. Ideal after a long journey.

Walking distance to the picturesque Boscastle harbour with its shops, tea rooms & pubs.

Good location to visit many North Cornwall sights.

We would highly recommend and are already planning to stay again.

If you stay here make sure you visit the local farm shop for supplies and cream tea. The Toby grill in the harbour for delicious breakfast. Also the Napolean Inn for delicious food and friendly staff and atmosphere were we joined in the local quiz night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Fantastic holiday cottage

  • 5 of 5

Beautifully maintained house in a fantastic location. All of the facilities you would expect, very large & comfortable rooms. We stayed with family who rented the Barn next door, which is perfect as the gardens adjoin so our children (& dogs) could socialise easily!

The sea view from the house & gardens is stunning, and the locally produced scones, cream, jam, bread & butter left for us on arrival was greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
