Perfect location

We loved this apartment, it's located right on Repic Beach with gorgeous views, so perfect we spent most evenings (and lunchtimes) eating on the balcony, watching the world go by. The kitchen is modern with all facilities, bedrooms are both comfortable. Our kids loved playing on the beach at night and we could easily keep an eye on them while relaxing on the terrace. Even the nights when it's more lively, it's completely quiet before midnight. The owner Alicia was helpful and available and it's a good deal given the location, would thoroughly recommend

Great place for a relaxing week

We really enjoyed our week in Puerto de Soller staying in this traditional but well-appointed apartment.

The location was great, right on the Promenade and a short dash into the sea. We ate most evenings on the terrace watching the world go by but nobody noticed us as we were at a slightly higher level than they were.

When we closed our shutters, it was dark and quiet and we all slept very well.

We used the apartment as a base for some lovely walking in the mountains behind Puerto de Soller, catching the local bus to Deia and walking back and also catching the tram upto Soller before starting a walk though olive, orange and lemon groves.

Alicia (owner) was very helpful with both walking suggestions and also restaurant recommendations.

Although it was toward the end of the season (late October), there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets open.

Our teenage daughters found enough to occupy themselves between walking and swimming!

Excellant, lovely apt, fab holiday

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment in June this year for 9 nights. The apartment was lovely, clean and well maintained, and you could not get a better location or view from the front terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor, and the front terrace's elevation position makes it feel more private. This is a 2 bedroom appt with 2 bedrooms and a big dinning room, and galley kitchen containing everything you need. Its located to the far left of the horseshoe bay that is Port Soller, right on the front promenade. You are only steps from the beach, and right in the middle of bars and restaurants. Although, despite this, the apartment is still quiet and the restaurants surrounding it generally close 11-12pm so there is no residual noise. The apartment is located in a quieter end of the resort but still has sufficient restaurants/bars on your door step, and a lovely ice cream parlour. The main part of this quiet resort is only 10minutes walk along promenade front (towards the harbour). Middle way between the apt and the harbour is a tram that takes you to Soller old town. Its also near the main bus stop.

We arrived at midnight and the apt was easy to find following instructions provided by Alicia. She'd kindly left us Cava, chocolates, water, lager and soft drinks in the fridge which was lovely. We were greeted the next day by Magdalena (Alicia's mum) who gave us a tour of the apt and who we paid the majority of the deposit to (initial smll deposit was paid by bank transfer). The only problem we encountered on our stay was trouble opening the main apt door. But we phoned Alicia who was able to advise us over the phone that the wooden door can swell in the heat. She instructed us to be 'more forceful' with the door and we were able to open this.

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. We had a lovely relaxed holiday and if felt like a home from home. We hope to return in the future and have recommended this apt to family and friends. Thanks for helping to make a lovely holiday Alicia and Magdalena smile emoticon

My family and i had a great, wonderful holiday in this appartment! The admosphere is nice and typical, We felt at home and it was cosy. Playa den Repic is a great location cause it is not too busy and there is no traffic. The beach, so nearby is very nice and all facitities in the neighbourhood. The appartment was more spacious than I thought and all facilities where there. The kitchen is modern, complete and useful. Contact with the owner was very good, flexibel and warm.

Activity and Interests


In front of the sea. You have only to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the beach.


Airport is approximately 40 mins drive by car.

Regular local buses run between Palma and Port de Sóller. Taxis are also available at the airport. Car is not necessary to enjoy holiday.

Very close to the apartment there is a tram and bus stop. Taking the old wooden tram to Sóller is an amusing option.


Located in Sóller valley, in the middle of Serra de Tramuntana, surrounded of the highest mountains of Mallorca. Deià, Fornalutx and Biniaraix are some of the beautiful villages around.

Further Details:

Area full of shops, bars and restaurants along the pedestrian promenade around the bay.

There are also a lot of activities you can contract, such as snorkeling, scuba diving, kayak, boat trips, cycling, trekking… You can enjoy beautiful trails in the mountain with different degrees of difficulty.
