Spacious 3 bedroomed apartment (Sleeps 6) over 2 floors with garden and terrace overlooking the marina.

Waterfront location only one minute from the beach and easy walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shops Sotogrande Port, El Octogono Beach club and Tennis club.

The Maritimo Yacht Club is a short walk, popular for morning coffee, freshly baked bread, lunches and candle lit dinners, also nearby is a doctor's surgery, newsagents and tapas bar. Close to the polo fields and nature reserve.

The apartment is fully air conditioned. 20 minutes from Gibraltar airport or 1 hour from Malaga.

We first came here for a wedding and liked it so much we decided to keep our boat here as it gave easy access to the western Med.

Quite simply, we relished the prospect of having a base in Andalucia from which we could explore this magnificent region of Spain, and from which we could also continue our exploration of the Mediterranean.We bought the property in the year 2000 and have enjoyed it ever since.

What makes this apartment unique

Our family also find it a perfect place for a holiday, including young children. There are endless activities both in the port and in the hinterland. Access is easy from the airport at Gibraltar or through Malaga. We keep an old car in Sotogrande for expeditions to places like Ronda, Cordoba and Seville, or to places further afield such as Morocco. We can think of few places within such easy reach to take a break or even a longer rest in the wonderful sunshine and atmosphere of southern Spain. Enjoy!

Booking Notes:
A 30% deposit will be needed to secure a confirmed booking, and the full balance a month before your date of arrival. If booking within a month of arrival, full payment is required to secure the booking.

The following are the charges for cancellation: 8 weeks notice 20%. 6 weeks notice 30%. 4 weeks notice 50%. 2 weeks notice 80%. A £200 euro deposit for breakages is required, and will be returned after inspection. Payment is preferred by bank transfer.

Changeover Day:
Departures before 11am and Arrivals after 3pm.
