Sleeps 4. This ground floor apartment is beautifully presented and offers fabulous accommodation for families on holiday in this wonderful location. Featuring two double size bedrooms, modern lounge/diner with separate kitchen, family bathroom and off road parking. Situated just a short walk away from the sandy beaches and local shops and restaurants. Offering free Wi-Fi, plasma TV and an outside shower and hand shower allowing you to wash off from a busy day on the beach. There is also a 'beach hut' storage facility adjacent to the car park bay at the rear of the block for guests to store beach boards, wet suits or bikes directly from the car. Well behaved dogs are considered at this property with a £30 weekly supplement.

A communal bbq/picnic area has been added at the rear of the property for all of our guests to enjoy.

Perfect Place to Stay

We have just arrived back from staying in Dorset. The accomodation is in such a great position over the road from Sandbanks beach. I slept so well here, usually when we go on holiday I have trouble sleeping but the main bedroom is so comfortable. Our dog loved it too being on the ground floor was ideal. Only sad part was we have had to come home, as we really grew fond of this place as the week wore on.

Activity and Interests


The glorious sandy beach at Sandbanks is just a short 5 minute walk away. This award winning blue flat beach has a lifeguard station and the area offers many choices of water sports.


Poole town is approximately a 10 minute drive away

Bournemouth town is approximately a 15 minute drive away

The Sandbanks ferry is located on the Sandbanks Peninsular and offers a regular service to Swanage, The Purbecks and beyond.

There is a local newsagent/general store in Sandbanks together with cafes and hotels which welcome non residents and offer stunning views of this most beautiful area.

Booking Notes:
We would require all guests to complete our reservation form and to pay a £200 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is invoiced 8 weeks prior to the stay. All payments are acknowledged and receipts and booking confirmations are sent.
Please note that we allow one dog at the property and there is a surcharge of £30 per week.

Our changeover day is Saturday

Notes on prices:
Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £200 which can be taken from a credit card 2 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked the monies are released within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.
