They come complete with luxury towels and bed linen and heating is included too. Free laundry facilities are provided and there is a selection of DVDs, books, games (indoor & outdoor) and tourist information. Each cottage has its own private patio area with a BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers.There is a play area for children with swings.

Hollyhock is on the ground floor of the converted barn and is a spacious 3 bedroom property with wheelchair access. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining area and a comfortable lounge with twin sofas, an armchair, TV, DVD and free Wi-Fi. A door opens on to the patio area, which is complete with 6 chairs, table and parasol. This property has 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite facilities and a further two twin bedded rooms. One room can be converted to a double if required. The shared utility room contains the washing machine, indoor and outdoor games including badminton and croquet and a good selection of DVD's.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is a utility room with a washing machine for use by both cottages. we want you to relax from the moment you arrive, so we greet you with a Cornish cream tea and leave you with some tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread and jam to start you off. Last, but not least, a toilet roll in each bathroom. tissues, and facial wipes. Well behaved dogs welcome ! Outside: Each property has a a patio area with a table and chairs and guests are free to enjoy the landscaped gardens of 2 acres. There is a barbecue and a selection of outdoor games. There are some beautiful walks right on our doorstep, including up to the marvellous Jublee rock, from the top of which you see for miles, the beautiful rugged moors and, almost, both North and South coasts! A favourite spot to watch the sunsets. Just a few minutes walk away!
