This romantically designed retreat will cater for your every need. On entering this penthouse you will automatically feel at home in the large bright and airy living, kitchen and dining area. Leading into the bedroom you will be taken back by the hand crafted and painted French themed bedroom furniture. The Shower room boasts an expertly designed walk in wet room with double shower to cool off together after an enjoyable day in the Gozitan sun.
The Penthouse also has 2 separate outside terraces , one for private dining over looking the sea and the other a large sun terrace over looking the internal gardens and water feature both with outside dining furniture.

My partner and I have been living in Gozo since 2011 after moving from the U.K. We used to own a Cleaning & Maintenance business which i decided to sell to relax in the sun :-) After a couple of months in Gozo i realised there was a gap in the market here for high quality rental apartments as most here in Gozo fell short of the mark, So here we are 2 years later designing & renting out apartments and making peoples holidays a holiday to remember..

We went to Gozo for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better apartment to stay. It offers more that one could expect, it's very nicely designed, spacious and bright with a beautiful see view. It's also very nicely located with a walking access to the harbour (ferry to/from Malta, sightseeing boats), bus stop, very good restaurants and a supermarket.
The apartment has fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine, dishwasher, brand double toaster, wine cooler etc.) plus some other small things which make your stay pleasant, for ex. TV in Living room but also in bedroom, two balconies with a big barbecue, towels from Laura Ashley, champagne as a honeymoon welcome drink :)
One doesn't have to worry about bringing his own salt, pepper, coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid or even olive oil - everything is there.
Carl is also a very welcoming and helpful owner who successfully keeps his service on the high level.

Or why not enjoy a 10minute boat ride over to Comino and the the stunning waters of the Blue Lagoon.
The most popular swimming spot in Ghajnsielem is ix-Xatt l-Ahmar (meaning “Red Beach”) It is a secluded beach lying on the coast of the village which is also a popular site for divers. Other beaches around Gozo and only a short car journey away are Ir-Ramla il-Hamra — (the Red Sandy Beach), San Blas and Hondoq-ir-Rummien.
The nearest airport to Gozo is Malta International Airport which is in Luqa and about a 45 minute drive to the Cirkewwa Ferry Port, it is here that you will need to board the Gozo Channel ferry and enjoy a 25 minute scenic journey passing the small island of Comino then finally arriving in the picturesque Mgarr harbour of Gozo. The best way to explore Gozo would be by car hire which we can arrange for you or simply choose to use the public transport which is currently managed by Arriva.
The village is very self-sufficient, with two major supermarkets, various small groceries / corner shops, post office, gym, two pharmacies and a choice of amazing restaurants and bars. It is also located on the main bus link to the capital city of Victoria and a short walk away from the harbour where more restaurants and bars can be found as well as the ferry link to the main island of Malta and water taxis to the smaller island of Comino.
- Booking Notes:
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit with the balance (both payments non-refundable) payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. We ask for a security deposit of €200 Euro which may be paid on your arrival. This is to cover the cost of replacements in the unlikely event of damage, otherwise it will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay. Prices for bookings of 15 days or more are negotiable.
